This is my second afternoon tea experience in general, and it definitely did not disappoint. Starting with the dining ambiance, we went in the afternoon while the harpist was playing, love the lighting and little fountain inside the dining area, as if it replicate an outdoor dinning experience without facing the cold Chicago weather. The service was also amazing, our server explained the teas and items on the tea stand patiently. Throughout our time there they were also very attentive and refill the food upon request. The food itself was amazing too. We came during Halloween time so the items were themed. The muffin and cornbread are super delicious and we j small bite sizes. All the sweet and savory dishes were just as memorable too

I loved my high tea experience here. The interior is absolutely stunning and magnificent. It’s like you’re in a movie! We were seated right next to the beautiful water fountain in the middle. Our server Javier was phenomenal and provided the BEST service for us. He gave us recommendations for our tea selection and explicated everything so seamlessly. He was so personable and checked up on us often. The finger food was 10/10 and tea was 10/10!! I highly recommend this experience if you haven’t tried it out yet!

It was an amazing experience! I went with my sister! My review is not only about the food, its about the entire experience! Starting out entering the Drake, it was very clean, the decore for the occasion was beautifully executed! Staff were very kind. There was a free coat check (of course you can leave a tip). Our seat was directly in front of the pond and near the live harp. I think that. Our reservation was at 1130 so we were early and only seats of 2 are seated around the pound!!!! From, our seats, the live harp, the live carolers, the elegance was outstanding! Our I selected the garden tea! I am so happy that's all you choose, as the rest of the meal is all planned out! The menu is there to show you what you are to expect, which tea you'd like to select and if you want any alcohol. We selected, Angel's on High, song for our table. The beautiful voices of the carolers, made my sister cry! As a child I always played tea! I'm so happy to have experienced this now. Would I order the menu as a take out, for the price? Of course not! It's about 86$ per person! But it's not only about the food! If you read reviews about people only talking about the food, giving a low star, it's their loss! They're missing the whole point! Smh Each women's bathroom is her own world! Walking in there are beautiful couches and walking to each stall, each stall has its own sink great decore, and bench for relaxing after she uses the facilities! We slowly enjoyed every moment. It was not a breakfast, lunch or dinner type event. This is to be a relaxing, slow enjoyable, ambiance intaking memory! And we enjoyed every moment!
