Simply the best Over the years, I have eaten at many potbelly locations. This was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced at one of their locations. The fresh steamed ham and Swiss sub was absolutely top-notch. The potato soup was very fresh and full of flavor. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food with great service

I've been twice and the people were charming and helpful. They prepared my meal deliciously. Shared a bit of the history of the spot. Sandwich is better than subway. They had a vegie option for my vegie eating wife.

Even though they were making a zillion sandwiches, the staff still found a moment to show me some real kindness on a difficult day. They didn't have to do that, they could have just made the food (which was very tasty, of course). Fine people work here. If you're looking for some good vibes during the downtown lunch rush, this is the place.
