What a beautiful location - 5* spot - it is located a cross street from one of the top popular places in Chicago " the Millennium Park". Although it was a crowded when I came, looong line, but the staff were so efficient. I ordered a cappuccino, the taste was not as good as other branches.

A nice, spacey coffee & snacks place. Good coffee (too much choice, confusing labels). Very friendly staff. But: 1) inefficiency rules. Lots of staff doing lots of manual tasks. Pre-industrial age way of working. Really amazing to watch. A common explanation relates to 'the experience'. I don't get that. I appreciate speed and low prices - don't go to Starbucks for that. 2) waste is rampant. In spite of its corporate branding, this company is downright wasteful. I always get two cups, and a lid. I want neither. But it is standard practice. Pure waste. Staff does not really understand it either but feels they should follow procedure. The coffee is good though. This place is nice. Their image is a bit fake.
