Stopped in while working- loved the diversity seen in the range of employees, loved the communication amongst the employees with the end goal of tailoring the care for the customers, loved the employee in training giving excellent service, and being trained in an very caring and effective way. If they didn’t have a food item in stock there were alternatives. So, please restock those burritos. Thank you for the welcoming environment and wonderful employees. I loved it!

What a beautiful location - 5* spot - it is located a cross street from one of the top popular places in Chicago " the Millennium Park".
Although it was a crowded when I came, looong line, but the staff were so efficient. I ordered a cappuccino, the taste was not as good as other branches.

Staff was very friendly, and worked very efficiently despite having a long line. Wifi works well, and the non-crowded view of The Bean is a nice bonus.

Ran out of dark roast, made us a pour over, took a little more time but it was good and they were super busy. Clean bathrooms, next to park.
