As I m new to Chicago, my friend suggested me to taste this pizza.
As a food blogger, I m pretty excited to taste a food and it was amazing.
We had-
Deep dish pizza- Crust was buttery and crispy. Lucky that I have tasted first deep dish pizza at this place.
Three later cheese bread- it was just like a garlic bread but cheese was wonderfully baked.
Chicken wings- they were saucy and cooked perfectly.
Chicken white pasta- This was a disappointing. It's not at all good. Seasoning was not good.
Overall great experience here.
So this place is famous for their deep dish pizzas just like giordano's but it's quite underrated. The thin crust pizzas here are good too. A must visit place for pizza lovers.
You can also customise your pizza by adding and removing toppings and suiting your taste.
After a 40-minute wait at this Chicago pizzeria we finally got down to ordering the famous Chicago Deep Dish Pizza which was baked just for us so it took another 30mins for it to be served. But all the wait was worth it and we were super full by the end.
If there is any place that can help you get over your cheese cravings it's this. I had placed an order for delivery for the Lou though I was very skeptical as to how it will be as delivery is always a risk but the pizza was perfect and delivery right on time. The tiramisu was superb too. Ordering soon again.
We wanted to try some authentic Chicago deep dish pizza and our friend suggested this place. The fried mushrooms and buffalo wings were ridiculously good. I highly recommend getting apps here because the deep dish takes about half an hour to make. The pizza was awesome to me. We just got the standard cheese with butter crust (which is actually trademarked by the restaurant). The crust was crunchy, there was great quality cheese, and the sauce was very fresh tasting...almost sweet. I would definitely eat there again.
Great deep dish place! We came in right when the place opened, and we were serviced right away. We ordered two personal sized deep dish pizzas and a plate of buffalo chicken wings. The pizzas were served at the perfect temperature. The crust was crunchy and it tasted amazing. Our group did not expect to like the buffalo wings as much as we did. It had the right amount of buffalo sauce and the ranch dip complemented it well. We liked it so much we ordered another plate. Overall a good experience. Would definitely go back.
It’s a big favorite of many for those who love deep dish pizza. I enjoyed a free slice on 11/7/23 for the event that Lou Malnati had today to bring a recyclable plastic bottle and you get a free cheese slice and a bottle of coke or water. I saw it on the news and was so impressed w the promotion of a greener earth! Thank you Lou Malnati!!! You get so much respect for standing to support recycling. Not enough companies do this. I think todays cheese slice was good but lacked a little flavor and there wasn’t much cheese maybe bc it was an event and they had to accommodate many people… so I still wanted to give 5 stars for their green effort … thanks again and I’m sure the pizza will be better next time when it’s not a free slice to feed the masses. Lou Malnatis is number uno in my book for caring for our environment. I added pics of the Coca Cola drink Lou’s gave us which was 100% recycled.
The deep dish pizza was top tier as always. We had "The Classic" and would recommend it. The place has a really nice atmosphere as well and the service was great.
Excellent pizza and wings. Reasonable prices and a nice atmosphere for a sports-oriented restaurant. Our server, Zully was fantastic, kind, patient, and very informative. Highly recommended!
Tasty deep-dish pizza. The tomato sauce and cheese taste fresh. Friendly and attentive service.

Delicious deep dish pizza and nice retro interior decor. But the highlight for me was the salad which I found to be top notch

Love the buttery crust and not-too-cheesy top. Got both the one with sausage and the vegetarian one. Personal size is just enough for one person.Visiting from out of town and this was our first deep dish pizza experience. Everyone said it’s overrated, but not this place! it’s so good, we had deep dish again before we left town, unfortunately, the place we went to does not hold a candle to Lou’s (it was a certain local chain). We will definitely come back when we are in town again!
This was my first Chicago deep dish! We got it to go for my bachelor party so we got a few different kinds the original and the meat one.
Both tasted amazing, I liked the original better. It was a little lighter then I anticipated based off of what people were telling me deep dish is like. The crust was buttery, sauce was the perfect tang and that cheese stretched with each bite.
I was blazed when I ate this and it was a damn Delicious pie and glad this was my first! there’s a reason why there are a million locations.
