Came here on a Friday night. Not the best atmosphere (a bunch of teenagers were blazing explicit music from their phone), but the food is really good. We got the crunchy burger and the new American classic,along with regular and sweet potato fries. Everything was fresh and delicious! Highly recommend the sweet potato fries/ they’re a little oily but good.

No wonder this place was so highly rated. The food was great! I ordered some chicken wings for takeout and they were delicious. I would definitely try their signature burgers next time if I’m near the neighborhood.
The cashier was an old guy in his 50s who is super friendly and kind! I have been to quite a few restaurants all over the world and who would have thought the best service I have received was at this burger joint in a suburb of Chicago! It’s the unexpected well intended small gesture that usually makes a long last impression on someone. To whoever behind the counter today, you represented Chicago well and to that I say “thank you Sir!”
Let me start by saying how awesome the owner, Michael, of this place is! He is super nice and you can tell he loves what he does, you can tell by the warm welcome he gives as soon as you step inside this place! The food was so flavorful and the quantities are generous! We had the regular fries, sweet potato fries, veggie burger and the classic burger with bacon. We will definitely be back!
Great food choice. I ordered the gobble and added pepper jack cheese. The fries are home-cut and amazing.
Had a blue harvest burger double with fries, absolitely amazing. The blue cheese is actually sharp and funky as it should be. Fries looked like they were a whole potato 20 minutes prior.

I'm a first time visitor to Chicago so I wanted to sample all the local cuisine. One thing I hadn't had yet was a Chicago style hot dog. That's exactly what I got from.... a burger joint. I know I know, sounds dumb but it was delicious. The sweet potato fries were also very good.
Mostly though, the service was fantastic. What a friendly staff. You couldn't ask for better representatives for your city. Go to The Burger Point, you won't be disappointed!
I was craving a burger today and decided to try this place. There are many burgers to choose from. I went with the crunchy burger, which had homemade potato chips and French onion dip sauce. It was an interesting concept and I really enjoyed it! I also ordered the sweet potato fries with cinnamon and sugar. Very good! You can also get them with just sea salt. The chili is savory with a little kick. Really tasty. I also tried a chicken wing, and I enjoyed the breading of the wing. I'd definitely like to try more next time. The customer service was outstanding! I felt like a personal guest rather than just a customer. The person behind the counter was genuinely kind and courteous. Great food and service!

I got the Saigon Jonny. That chicken burger was easily one of the top burgers I have ever had in my life! You taste all the ingredients and nothing gets left out. This place is a 10 out of 5. I would recommend to anyone going here to get a number 18! You won’t regret it!
