I recently moved to Chicago, and not being a Chicago native, I have naturally been sampling many pizza places because why wouldn't you eat pizza in a city that is famous for it? However, I have been very underwhelmed with every pizza place I have been too. Stumbled across Frankie's while shopping in the mall, as a friend who worked there said the pizza was good. When I say the pizza here is not only the best pizza in Chicago, it could easily be some of the best pizza I have had in the country. The sauce is delicious and light, the crust is very flavorful, and all the ingredients taste fresh. I could eat their pizza everyday. The only downside is they have one location! Love this place. You will not be disappointed.

The employees were polite, professional, friendly, and always maintained a positive attitude. The food was well prepared, in addition to being ready in a reasonable time. I highly recommend lunch here on Saturday, when they tend to be less busy. The prices are excellent as well. All in all, I don't see any reasons not to give at least 4 stars.

Had an opportunity to eat at Frankie's for Sunday brunch. Aww...we had party of 6 includes two baby need high chairs...Waiting time was pretty long...almost 40mins. I wouldn't wait that long if it wasn't for another couple that we were with....nice thing is you can shop while you are waiting at this 900N Michigan mall...so we were able to use the waiting time. Another aww...I didn't expect much for the mall restaurant. I was surprised by how good their bread was to begin with...They bake the bread in their stone oven. very good. I had baked spaghetti...My dish was super clean after wards...not even one dip of sauce was left. I will go back to this place, but will avoid crowds next time
