10 Stars! The eggs Benedict was GREAT. The hashbrowns were THE BEST THAT IVE EVER HAD..Thank God I didn’t knee jerk reaction and put ketchup on them!!

Popular place in the neighborhood for dinner! You will need a reservation. We like the lobster deviled eggs and skillet cornbread for appetizers. Mains that are great are the wrightwood salad, burger and short rib pasta.

You have to try their specialty: the unbelievably moist and delicious chicken. We also tried the sea bass and it was incredible as well. The smoked trout toast will change your life. Try the cornbread, you won't regret it. The service was superb. This is a gem in Chicago.

Very nice space with great service. Came for my birthday and all in my group ordered the rotisserie chicken which was extremely dry for all of us. Way overcooked. We finished the sides but only one of us could actually finish the chicken which was a huge disappointment. Flavors were nice all around but couldn't get past being choked by the chicken as we ate.

I've been here numerous times. The roasted chicken is exceptional. Great drink selection, and good atmosphere. Above all, Brian the bartender is outstanding. Quality service, attentive, and charismatic. He's top notch. Thank you, Brian

Solid 4.5 stars for a neighborhood joint I've been coming to for years. Food is crowd pleasing favorites, albeit slightly expensive though typical for Southport. The outdoor patio is wonderful and dog friendly. Guac was a generous portion. My brussel sprouts salad was under seasoned though the grilled salmon was perfectly cooked and warm. Rotisserie chicken was a hit with the group. Key lime pie was excellent and had a walnut crust.

Had dinner here last night and the food was excellent! I got the rotisserie chicken and it was just perfectly cooked and hit the spot. Everything- including the apps - was so good! Highly recommend. The service was also just perfect. Quick but didn't make us feel rushed and the waiter was really friendly. Food came out fast and so did the drinks. Really great place to come eat!

If I lived around here this would be my place. Great everything...eggs, biscuits, salad, and the blueberry muffin French toast is fantastic. I hadn't had a Bloody Mary in a while and this was the best. Comes in spicy or non-spicy. I had the spicy and it was really good. Also came with a tiny beer. The waiter was professional and the atmosphere is upscale. Enjoyable outdoor eating space. The neighborhood has changed a lot since I lived on the northwest side years ago. Beautiful houses and environment. Definitely go here for the food and overall vibe.

Really enjoyed finally stopping at this staple on Southport. The lobster deviled eggs are delicious. The crab cakes and the brussel sprout salad were very good. The shoe string french fries are friggin great. Family friendly. Our server was very friendly and prompt. Outdoor seating was nice. Even though it is American comfort food it was not heavy. However, we need to return to try the prime rib. The food and vibe remind me a bit of a supper club. The key lime pie didn't have enough zest for my preference, but it was still good.
