Flo and Santos is a pizzeria/gastropub located on 13th and Wabash. Yesterday was chilly and snowy so we didn't wanna travel far from home for a quick anniversary dinner. I had heard from my coworker about the place and suggested it since I had already googled pictures and menus. Walked into a quiet establishment that wasn't overly busy. The hostess seated us right away to a booth towards the back since all the booths in front were filled with dining patrons. Once seated, a waitress arrived promptly bringing water and offering us extra time to get acquainted with the menus via QR codes provided. My wife started off with a signature cocktail. She gave it a thumbs up but noted that she had slightly better ones. It was called the Jungle Cat. I had the Maplewood Son of Juice lager. It was ok. Like having a mimosa of beer and orange juice. We ordered patio salad, Tower O' Ring, Buffalo Wings and the medium Marco Pizza (Italian Beef, grilled onions, fire roasted red peppers and gardiniera peppers). The Patio Salad was just meh. Fresh greens, carrots, tomatoes and onions tossed in an italian dressing. Kinda reminiscent of a chopped salad. It's shareable for 2 or 3 ppl. Not much flavor coming from the dressing. Just a hint. The fresh vegetables carry it. That's ok but not necessarily for me. I need just a lil bit more. The Tower O' Rings (Onion Rings) is a great appetizer to start. Fresh out the fryer, these perfectly stacked onion rings are full of flavor. From the batter down to the juicy onion hiding below the crispy exterior. These were everything loved em. On to the Buffalo Wings. They're good. I dislike when places don't season or flour the wing before frying them. Maybe I'm a bit biased. But deep fried naked wings doused in sauce are, to me, disrespectful. These wing tho had a nice buffalo flavor from the sauce, cooked thru and thru with a great heat level. I appreciated that spice. Not bad @ all. And finally the pizza. I know tourist come to Chicago for the deep dish but here in our city, the everyday favorite is thin crust or tavern style. The Marco is fantastic. Salty, savory, spicy, crispy... Just an all out assault of flavors to the taste buds. Tender well seasoned Italian beef, fresh mozzarella, the sweet peppery notes from the red peppers and that gardiniera was the icing on the cake. I really liked this pizza a lot. Overall I really enjoyed my visit here. The staff made us feel welcomed and it felt like a cool spot for a quick date night or hang out with friends. Prices are reasonable and there's specials everyday. Kudos to the staff and the food was great. I will be back.

Happy Pizza Friday! Picture worthy pizza! Appetizers helped tide us over before the za arrived. Two pizza choices: Regular Joe's Pizza & Marco's Italian Beef. The regular Joe was a pizza special of the week. The regular Joe was cut into triangles. The triangle cut did not incorporate well with the other ingredients. Drizzled with a ranch crema that doesn't taste like ranch? Marco's Italian Beef was square cut. Square cut for the win! Happily enjoyed the spiciness added from the hot giandenaire and thought the square cut offered the perfect bite. The appetizers were filling, good, and served promptly. Non-alcoholic Heineken was good, but I was feeling a stout.

Amazing food, atmosphere, and service. Their flat bread pizza is amazing. Perfect amount of toppings and cheese on a supremely crispy crust and the pizza stays nice and hot forever - it's clearly right out of the oven. They have some interesting Polish classics since it is a Polish Italian conglomeration. If you're feeling a little adventurous they even have a polish pizza. I don't like sauerkraut, but I like their sauerkraut and the pierogi are to die for.

Tried the beer, a couple of appetizers and a pizza. The pizza was by far my favorite. Wanted to try something different so we got the Flo's Polish - Polish kielbasa, sauerkraut and applewood smoked bacon. It was amazing and even good cold in the morning. The beer recommended by the bar tender was amazing and will be looking for it in Arizona. Thanks!!

Nice place. The pizza was good. This was the third stop for our group on a pie day pizza tour. We had three kinds all thin crust. One was a Italian beef with garindia and one had Polish sausage and sauerkraut which sounds strange but was really good. Our third was a s'more pizza for dessert.

We had thin crust pizza and the chicken parm sandwich, both were delicious. Tons of TV's to watch games and cold beer. We will be back next time we are on town.

Decent spot in the area to stop for a quick bite to eat. The service was fairly quick but there were times where my drink had been empty for a while but it was busy at the time. Food wise it was nothing special, pretty average in terms of quality and taste. They had both inside and outside dining and the outside dining was isolated from foot traffic from the sidewalk and street

“Mamma mia - From the moment you walk in the door 🚪 the aroma of the food makes your mouth water! The coming together of 2 different cuisines is done masterfully here.

Incredible pizza. Thin cracker crust with gooey cheese. 3 of us had Polish pizza with sauerkraut, kielbasa, smoked bacon and cheese. I had sausage green pepper and mushroom. Pizza tasted like true tavern style pizza. We started with pierogi appetizers. Great selections of draft beers. Dessert fried yeast bts covered with sugar. Just enough of a sweet ending to finish. Will come back again.

A South Loop stalwart. An excellent bar and food combo which gets the food right. Great atmosphere with the front being a real bar and the back being a giant area for more casual dining or drinking. Good for groups. It's a Polish heritage so if you want Polish vodka, beer and perogies this is your spot. Great thin crust pizza. Spacious patio
