Stella's Diner - Chicago - Photo album

A great greasy spoon! Hot, hot coffee! Biscuits and gravy were tasty and filling. They have sugar shakers! Great people! I took a tumble and everyone was helping and worried for me!
Visited Stella's with my in-laws for a bite to eat before hitting the town. I got the sweet and sour cabbage soup and a turkey club. The turkey club and soup were great! Turkey was homemade (not deli slices), and soup was warming on a cold day. -- Also, the music selection was A++. Hope to come back
the first time we were here the banana chocolate chip pancake was soo delicious cause everthing was in the dough, sadly it wasn't like that the other times... but the other food is good ! crazy big portions to reasonable prices
I love the classic small town diner feels. Great prices, great food. They are on their A-game. Oh, and you have to try the desserts!
We came here with my mom when she was visiting from out of town. It was my first time but my boyfriend used to come here with a group of nurses after work. The service was attentive and quick. I ordered the turkey club and a bowl of split pea soup. My mom ordered the eggs and salsa and my boyfri
Very cute diner, friendly staff, and good food!
My favorite diner in Chicago! Breakfast lunch or whatever are always great here but if you want an amazing skillet get the vegetarian hobo!
Just a perfect little diner, and an era when diners are hard to find. Colorful and funky inside with comfy booths or simple tables to push together for bigger groups. Absolutely love the milkshakes! You can’t go wrong, getting the basic traditional diner foods here. A neighborhood classic, but total
Incredibly friendly staff, fast service, comfy and cozy, it scratched an itch that only a diner really can. We only wanted a snack, so a Friend of mine got try French onion soup for the first time and they really enjoyed it. I also really enjoyed these weird things called spinach swirls. Never heard
What a great find and only 1760 miles away from Las Vegas. A real diner with booths and a counter. An excellent Feta Cheese, Tomato and Onion Omelette with fresh, not frozen, edible hash browns. I don't care for hash browns but this was good. 5 Stars to the wait staff as well.
Just wanted to write a quick review about our amazing dinner. I've been here once before and remember loving the food. So last week we came out from Chicago to celebrate our anniversery. The Food was amazing especially the entrees. The cocktail list was sooo good along with the wine selection. And l
Pretty good spot with a lot of options. Found it kind of weird I couldn't order an egg and toast on the side of my French toast. The only option the waitress gave was to add the "two eggs any way" with hashbrowns for $10. Also the waitress asked me to pay from her handheld device without showing me
We were very surprised at the not so great reviews... this was our last meal of our vacation in Chicago. We came in around 10a.m. for breakfast and it was great- the food, the service, and the atmosphere. It is the kind of family style diner we wish we had at home in Florida. The Belgian waffle wa
I love this corner diner that has been a staple in Lakeview since as long as I can remember. To me, a classic American diner serving up breakfast, burgers, club sandwiches, salads, and smothered skirt steaks with love. And one can enjoy a milkshake or slice of cake too! Whatever the appetite, Stella
So I'm a Huge fan of old-school greasy spoon diners. This one has that aura, but you can tell some work's been done inside. Anyway, I'm on a mission to find the best country fried steak in town. The pic in here didn't do the actual portion justice. Considering the Lakeview prices; not bad at all. I
