Always have a good time here. The hosts are gracious and wait staff simply efficient and courteous. It makes the evening so enjoyable. Ribs are always spot on but I really enjoyed the chopped liver. I hadn’t had it in over a decade!. Key lime pie is to die for so what are you waiting for!

Carson's lived up to it reviews! This place was amazing! The cornbread as the appetizer was perfect, salads were fresh. My bf had the BBQ ribs with chicken; it was huge! But I helped him eat it cuz it looked so good. We are from TX, and he said it'd the best BBQ he's had, I'd agree 👍. I had the shrimp, with the twice baked potato, it was great. Staff was very nice and very attentive. Highly recommend!

Went twice to Carson's during my stay in Chicago. Once for dinner and once for lunch.

Wow, last time I was at Carsons was in 2016 at the other location downtown but it's gone now. This time we was celebrating my granddaughters high-school graduation and it was great. The service was top notch and the food was delicious. I had the burger and the meat was juicy and flavorful. My wife had the half roasted chicken and she can't stop talking about it. My other granddaughter had the half slab of ribs and she ate it all. Thanks carsons for a wonderful dinner.

Delicious! Great service. Very attentive. This is probably our favorite spot to get a steak in Chicago. I got their Mediterranean pork chop and brisket. He got the ribeye. He loved it so much! John was our waiter and he was fantastic. I love the restaurants atmosphere. It's a very sexy place.

We stumbled across this because it was close to Navy Pier. Food was excellent. I had filet medallions and my husband had ribs with brisket. We both had twice baked potatoes. They even made a grilled cheese and fries for our daughter. Can’t say enough good things about our experience!!

The piece of salmon was huge and I got it with the soy-ginger glaze. I’ve honestly never enjoyed fish more. The Ultimate Double Baked potato made me feel full Irish while I cleared my plate. 10/10 would go here weekly if I lived in Chicago. Only $60 for this and an appetizer???!! Loved it and will be back every time I visit this city!

Food was great! The steak I had was the $59 dollar aged steak. It was quite different. It's so tender and soft but a hard crust. It was SUPER thick as you can see in the photo. It was delicious! We got fries to share with our kiddo and they're great! The crab cake was delicious. Half chicken was great. The ribs were decent. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Upscale pricing but worth it! Highly recommend for steak!

Come for the ribs and stay for the crab cakes. The steamed broccoli, one of their sides, is bland and lacks seasoning. Their famous coleslaw is good but really nothing special. On the other hand, the crab cake is excellent with lots of crab meat, It's served on a bed of arugula. Of course, their ribs are rightfully famous. Great service and a conversation friendly dinning room. Request one of their 4 tables overlooking the Ogden slip if you want a view.

Carson‘s was recommended to us by one of the Bellman at the Hyatt Regency. It did not disappoint. If anything, it exceeded expectations. The ribs are phenomenal. The pork chop was seasoned with Mediterranean seasoning. It was absolutely incredible. I’m not a coleslaw eater, but their coleslaw was off the chain. The view of the Chicago River just added to the experience
The service was incredible. I hope to go back next time I come to Chicago.

Same day reservation. The service was wonderful and the waiter was very attentive. We got a few mixed drinks all made perfectly (meaning, you can taste the alcohol, lol) and the food was delicious. I got the filet and ribs, my partner got the ribeye. We also got the starter greek salad which was large enough to share. Total bill w auto-tip added was around $200 which is reasonable. Great service! They were also kind enough to seat us at a preferred area close to the TV so we can watch the NBA playoffs.

Cornbread is amazing and so is the Greek salad. The BBQ is very tender and tasty. Got the half slab of ribs and pork chop and both were melt in your mouth good.
Sauce is on the sweeter side but the char crust on the ribs and chops were amazing. Cocktails were strong and tasty, was too full for dessert but plan on going back soon enough to find out what some other items are like.

We wanted to try some ribs so we went here very lovely place. The design was truly amazing. I bought a baby back ribs and coleslaw, with also potatoes on the side. As well as my friend also. The ribs was so good and made just right. Definitely coming back here again. Thank You to the best server Christiana .
