We had our first adventure with a personal shopper (Ana) who helped us pick out exactly what we wanted for our first dolls, which was very well coordinated with great customer service. The personal shopping experience was useful because the many doll choices can be overwhelming on 2 floors of dolls. After a wonderful hour of shopping and private box opening we went to have our American Girl Tea Party and birthday celebration. The dining area was large with lots of families celebrating birthdays. The many tea sandwiches and sweeties were excellent and our server David was super nice. Adults can have alcoholic beverages and the entire experience was fantastic, especially for Gramma‼️

This isn’t just a place for children, it’s also very enjoyable for adults! I brought my friend to the cafe to celebrate her birthday and we all had a wonderful time! The food was delicious and the service we received was excellent. We truly had an amazing time and will be returning.

Absolutely love this place! We had an amazing time for a birthday party. The cafe was so cute, our server was awesome, and the food was good! The birthday party was really easy to plan and they handle everything, which was so nice. The cake was adorable and the goody bags were perfect. They have dolls and doll chairs you can use if you dont have one! The store is fabulous with a lot to do, they have revamped it and it is gorgeous. The doll salon is a must go and the hair dos are so cute for girls and dolls alike! Parking is a bit pricey but you can get cheaper sometimes buying ahead. We paid 40 and were there for about 5ish hours.
