It was crowded but we only waited about 10 minutes for a table. The service was good and fast. We never had to search for our server he was always there when we needed him the food is excellent. The lobster roll Benedict was delicious. The chorizo avacado burrito was also amazing. We got the salted pretzel pancakes to share and they were very good. Never knew salted pretzels would be good in a pancake. This will go on my favorites list.

A good breakfast and lunch spot that isn't a chain. I had a Denver omlette with food home fries. Intelligencia coffee. Could have sat there for an hour. Friendly service and atmosphere.

Love this place! Everything was really good, but I especially liked the potatoes... a great use of spices indeed. Also, the tea list is killer... all loose leaf blends served in a small pot.

Ate the Breakfast Burrito, my friend had two eggs with bacon and we shared a lemon blueberry pancake. The food was delicious! Our server was great and we didn't wait long at all. However, there was a plethora of seats available. Gave it 4 stars cause it was hard to find. Drove pass twice before we noticed it.

Always my absolute favorite breakfast place in Chicago. I have been going here for years, have never had a bad meal - everything on the menu is savory, creative and unique. Portions are large and will leave you full. Great service too!

I went to Bongo Room wanting to try their sweet dessert-like brunch items. I ordered the Meyer Lemon and Blackberry pancakes and they were delicious!! The pancakes were just the right amount of chewy and fluffy for me and the lemon blackberry sauce was both sweet and tangy.

Loved this place!! The place was packed so my wife and I had to wait 20 minutes (exactly how long the concierge told us it would be). We eventually got our table and a server took quickly care of us. That was THE SHORTEST wait for food I ever had in my life!! Food was out in minutes and was delicious. Fruit salad best bang for the bucks ever! This place was the cherry on top of our magical week end in Chicago!!

Excellent large portions of breakfast and the fastest service of all time! The veggie croissant is enormous and the basil mayo is delicious. Most entrees come with a side of awesome roasted potatoes. They do not take reservations!

We went here in February 2017. After hearing rave reviews I was expecting a little better. The white chocolate caramel pretzel pancakes weren't hot and the pretzel made them pretty hard. The French toast was awesome and the egg breakfast was pretty standard! I'd give it another go.

Great brunch joint. The food is really good, if you get there a bit earlier (within an hour or two of open?) the wait isn't too bad. Highly recommend their chocolate french toast, but everything I've had there is very good.
