I had read a few reviews that said "Best Chicken Sandwich I've ever had"...well I would have to agree 100%. Plus the crinkle cut fries were hot, crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside..in other words perfect!!! We will be back the next time in Chicago for sure.
This was my first Shake Shack experience and it was a good one! The food was delicious, the employees were nice. The atmosphere wasn't my favorite environment though. It felt very industrial and cold (not temperature wise), but it wasn't horrible, just not my vibe. I would eat here again.
Great place to come for a late dinner. Burgers here are fantastic! Food was served quick, fresh and correct. Overall great experience here and would recommend it.
The food is sooo good . The spicy cheeseburger, spicy chicken sandwich and spicy fries. The burger was my favorite. Clean restaurant fast service, friendly staff. i ate here twice this week.
I went to this location on 5/3/2023 in which my experience was amazing. I often visit this restaurant and never leave disappointed. The food is always hot, fresh and flavorful. My favorite, burger is so good. Reason why i did not 5 star is french fries is cold, definitely its old. Omg pls don’t sell cold or old fries. Restaurant is clean and good location just next to Amc theater.
This is the only Shake Shack I have visited to eat, so I have no other location to compare it to. Very clean, quick, and delicious. Fries were hot and burgers were great. On the cheaper side of eating while in Chicago, but not any less good. We actually came twice due to being close to our hotel and needing a quick bite. Plus the shakes are super thick and yummy!
Veggie burger was not so great…the flavour of the patty needs to be improved and pickle didn’t go well with it. Shroom burger always 10/10!
