I had read a few reviews that said "Best Chicken Sandwich I've ever had"...well I would have to agree 100%. Plus the crinkle cut fries were hot, crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside..in other words perfect!!! We will be back the next time in Chicago for sure.
This was my first Shake Shack experience and it was a good one! The food was delicious, the employees were nice. The atmosphere wasn't my favorite environment though. It felt very industrial and cold (not temperature wise), but it wasn't horrible, just not my vibe. I would eat here again.
Great place to come for a late dinner. Burgers here are fantastic! Food was served quick, fresh and correct. Overall great experience here and would recommend it.
The food is sooo good . The spicy cheeseburger, spicy chicken sandwich and spicy fries. The burger was my favorite. Clean restaurant fast service, friendly staff. i ate here twice this week.
I went to this location on 5/3/2023 in which my experience was amazing. I often visit this restaurant and never leave disappointed. The food is always hot, fresh and flavorful. I'm a big fan of their shakes too they always have different flavors to try. I do wish the sizing of the burgers and chicken sandwich's were bigger. I love the customer service is always great and the restaurant is kept clean. I will be returning soon!!!
My favorite, burger is so good. Reason why i did not 5 star is french fries is cold, definitely its old. Omg pls don’t sell cold or old fries. Restaurant is clean and good location just next to Amc theater.
This is the only Shake Shack I have visited to eat, so I have no other location to compare it to. I love how the food is prepared, cooked, and taste; I just wish they made the portion sizes a little bit bigger (especially the fries). This one will have a lot of people hanging out at all times of the day, so be prepared for big crowds. However the food is very good and the service is very good also.
Shake Shack already stands out among the rest but this visit did not let us down! The service was fast and the people were kind. The food was outstanding—hot, crispy, delicious. We had places to sit. Everyone we interacted with was kind and hospitable. Great work, everyone!
Shake shack never lets me down. The food is always impeccable and absolutely delicious. As a vegetarian, it's nearly impossible to find a burger that isn't either a black bean burger or an impossible burger, but their shrooms burger changed the playing field. The best part about it is that it's the perfect size along with fries. If I go out with friends, we split a shake, which by the way is heavenly. Lots of times you overeat because the portion size is huge or they give too many fries, but shake shack gives the perfect amount of everything. Definitely worth a visit.
I finally got my hands on the Gochujang Chicken burger! I am excited that an Asian inspired flavor was launched at a major chain. For this review, I’d like to note that there is a fine line between what the on-site manager can control and what is corporate. That being said, the staff was working hard with all appropriate health cautions taken. The customers were aplenty and certainly messy; didn’t stop the crew from calling out names, wiping down tables, and still frying crispy crinkle-cut fries! The fries are SO much better than I remember; finally not flimsy! I sat indoors to eat and it was a pleasant experience. The burger is good, but I wouldn’t crave it again. Overall, a trendy place with trendy food. I would return for the fries and ease of service.
