They have Coke Zero! They also have Splenda and unsweetened iced tea. There are 3 kiosks to order from. From the time we ordered and they brought out our food was no more than 5 minutes. Very quick. The only thing was they were packed so we didn't have anywhere to sit. After a while we found a table. I had the Bourbon bacon jam burger so good! I also had their chicken nuggets and Oreo shake all very good. Their staff was sweet, quick and helpful. They do sell wine and beer. They also have outdoor seating. You have to enter through the hotel entrance. Follow the signs and your nose .
I recently visited Shake Shack and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, and I found it to be worth every penny. The cleanliness of the establishment was impressive, and they had ample seating that was perfect for both groups and families with kids. I highly recommend Shake Shack for a satisfying meal in a comfortable environment.
Sometimes life is just like the door to the Shake Shack Chicago. It only opens from the inside. Still, everyone keeps trying to bust it open until they see the notice on the door. One moves on, another replaces him and her, with similar effort if not harder. Enter through the hotel lobby, be kind to the gentleman who greets you with a warm smile, grab yourself a good, fine American burger, and watch those poor tourists struggling with that door. That’s life. Everyone tries, everyone succeeds, no way or another, if one happens to read English.
I love this burger place, especially for its location and the beautiful interior of the building. The food itself is fantastic, and I appreciate the variety of vegetarian options they offer. I've visited here numerous times and plan to continue doing so.
This was my second time trying Shake Shack, and the food was just as delicious as the first time! I loved the location. You walk through a stunning lobby with magnificent stained glass windows and spectacular tiling. The restaurant has a bit of an upscale dinner vibe. I would definitely go back just for the atmosphere!
Wonderful experience! We rode the train to Millennium Park, and after, we went to the Shake Shack location right across the street. The place is pricey, but the food is great and the kids loved it. The service inside was excellent also. Very fun diner-type vibes. A great experience is always worth the money spent.
After so many years, we finally were able to get our hands back on Shake Shack again! This location in particular is a must visit as it's located in a gorgeous classic design hotel/club considered a historical landmark from the late 1800.
Just like the last time we had, the burgers were always delicious! I ordered the white truffle burger and really liked it. The service was great and there was this lady who would walk around the table asking for to clear any empty trays and offer for beverage refills in a new cups.
***Update**** turns out this location was having a bad day. I have since tried a new location and it 5x better then what I wrote on the bottom of this review. Much tastier and better service.
Kinda pricey for not much flavor and tiny portion size. They are also missing a good sauce to go on the burger. It’s kinda dry. I got the new cheeseburger with bacon and fired onions and it honestly lacked any flavor. Tried a few other burgers and they all lacked flavor. The meat quality looked good but no flavor. Was really hoping this place would be good. To expensive and not enough flavor. The French fries were decent but I could buy this at a supermarket.
The best shake shack in town. Beautiful building, quick service as usual, great food. Loved it.
Burgers are juicy and fresh, one should definitely try beef and chicken burgers. I am definitely love the burgers, cookies crumble shake and custard ice-cream are the best.
