From our visit on May 12th, 2022: The line was very long and the service was slower than at other restaurants. Obviously the reason being its location in the middle of the touristy area of the city. Could add another cashier to take orders faster, from a logistics and efficiency standpoint. Otherwise, definitely a great option for a quick bite while touring around!

Sometimes life is just like the door to the Shake Shack Chicago. It only opens from the inside. Still, everyone keeps trying to bust it open until they see the notice on the door. One moves on, another replaces him and her, with similar effort if not harder. Enter through the hotel lobby, be kind to the gentleman who greets you with a warm smile, grab yourself a good, fine American burger, and watch those poor tourists struggling with that door. That’s life. Everyone tries, everyone succeeds, no way or another, if one happens to read English.

I recently visited Shake Shack and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, and I found it to be worth every penny. The cleanliness of the establishment was impressive, and they had ample seating that was perfect for both groups and families with kids. I highly recommend Shake Shack for a satisfying meal in a comfortable environment.

I came in after order on my phone outside and waiting for pickup. There wasn’t anyone that ever greeted me at all. There was only one person standing by the food working. No one to ring up an order or greet anyone coming in. I waited and then asked the person standing next to me if he worked there and for the order next to him. I did provide my pickup info and then I was off. The service was just not the best. But that’s why I just order pickup and go. The dairy free shake was so good - I told my family about it. The burgers and fries are good quality though the fries were a tad over cooked. I felt I had to eat them quickly because they were going to be too hard once they start to cook off.

I love this burger place, especially for its location and the beautiful interior of the building. The food itself is fantastic, and I appreciate the variety of vegetarian options they offer. I've visited here numerous times and plan to continue doing so.

Burgers are juicy and fresh, one should definitely try beef and chicken burgers. I am definitely love the burgers, cookies crumble shake and custard ice-cream are the best.

They have Coke Zero! They also have Splenda and unsweetened iced tea. There are 3 kiosks to order from. From the time we ordered and they brought out our food was no more than 5 minutes. Very quick. The only thing was they were packed so we didn't have anywhere to sit. After a while we found a table. I had the Bourbon bacon jam burger so good! I also had their chicken nuggets and Oreo shake all very good. Their staff was sweet, quick and helpful. They do sell wine and beer. They also have outdoor seating. You have to enter through the hotel entrance. Follow the signs and your nose .

Come sit on the porch and listen to 75% of the pedestrians walking by say the word “Shake Shack.” It’s hilarious.
