We ate at Maggiano's this weekend the 25th it was beyond a pleasant surprise they treated us like royalty! They were aware of our needs, got a great server attentive but discreet and the meal incredible we loved all! The administrator personally stopped at each table, and the price was more than fair, we got a pasta and got one to take for 17 US of generous servings full of quality ingredients and flavor! When I changed my opinion of what dish to take I was given both!
I saw as the chef help personally a vegetarian client, providing samples and personal attention, I am very happy we stopped there and will come back! You will be happy there! and will recommend it to your friends!
So nice there! They’re bread is to die for as well as the rest of the food all made from scratch. They definitely work around allergies so you can still get what you want. Definitely one of my favorite Italian restaurants and to get my boyfriend to say that it was amazing was huge! He’s the pickiest eater in the world. Definitely recommend it if you’ve never been there.
Stayed from 745p-1045p because we were enjoying ourselves so much! Try the fig, ricotta, candied smoke bacon bruschetta--it's the best thing I've ever had!!
Best Italian food and service! Charming atmosphere and the music was a special touch. . Felt like I was back at my grandparents house having dinner. Loved this place!
We love spending time together at Maggiano's the General Manager is absolutely amazing and personal. The staff is courteous and professional. The menu is so tasty that I never say no when my family and friends say lets eat at Maggiano's we are off and running!
We went for a private function. The service was exceptional! The food was good and plentiful. Definitely recommend for private parties or functions. Everything was well thought out from the service, the food, drinks and atmosphere.
Had the best time ever I was there with my job and we had a blast the food was so good and our server was very nice and funny. That was my first time going and I will definitely return again.

First time experience, Calista was welcoming, a nice surprise visit from a chef, sharing a tasty appetizer and Erika our waitress kept a smile on her face when we saw her.
The food was hot, fresh & delicious.
The restaurant was crowded, yet the atmosphere could still be enjoyed.
All tho overpriced we took advantage of the photographer, just be aware of the extra fees for using their service.
Everything about my experience at this location was awesome. I've been to maggianos in Vegas and the Carolinas and had an amazing experience as well. But this location is the original and it definitely sets the tone. Very inviting, welcoming, whind down, chill ambiance setting. I went on a Thursday afternoon after shopping for a quick bite and got such personable service. I ordered crab cakes, lobster dip and chicken marsala with a red sangria and a spaghetti and meatballs to go..... all dishes were delightful.
Great food and exceptional service! Andrea is an awesome, enthusiastic server who easily puts a smile on your face and makes your day!
In terms of food, you get a nice portion for the price you pay. I recommend the Four Cheese Ravioli and the Warm Apple Crostada. Both are very scrumptious! The interior decor is classic, yet inviting and comfortable. There is also summertime outdoor dining.
Luis was our amazing and excellent server!! He really anticipated every thing before we realized we needed it. Food is amazing and large quantities. LOVE the garlic broccoli was crazy good! Thanks Luis for making our lunch special!
Pleasantly surprised how home made the food tasted. I normally can’t even try the mashed potato outside of the house but I enjoyed theirs with the salmon. Fried calamari were cooked to almost perfection and served with marinara which complimented the taste just right. Shrimp scampi was pretty delicious too if you’re into pasta and doughy delights. Ravioli was ok not as impressive as salmon…
Wonderful experience for a Sunday afternoon lunch! We had the shrimp scampi (divine), fettuccine Alfredo with chicken (sublime) and garlic broccoli (AMAZING). Luis, our server was incredible! We will definitely be back!
I went around midday on a Friday, and it was pretty quiet and peaceful. Service was pretty friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and came out promptly. Overall 10/10 experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone curious.
Had an enjoyable dinner at Maggianos staff was professional. Food was delicious, the only CON to our evening was the picture lady coming around, I didn't expect them to be free but geez the price for a picture and then they CHARGE for swiping your card. C'mon Maggianos you can do better!! I am guessing they're contracted out, how about negotiating a better contract for your Loyal customers Happy Holidays
We took a weekend trip up to catch a Cubbies game and decided to try Maggiano's, right across the street from where we were staying. It was excellent! Chicken Piccata and Chicken Marsalis were delicious, but don't miss out on the stuffed mushrooms and tiramisu. Dessert was so good we almost devoured it before we remembered. Rigo was an excellent, attentive server and helped make our evening special.
Excellent cuisine especially for large ir small groups. They have different sized rooms and adjustable rates.
I stopped by for a quick lunch, my server was so nice, super attentive and gave me great recommendations. Everything tasted even better than it looked.
This was our first time in Chicago and WOW we had the best dinner!! Everyone’s meal was superb! The wait staff was also over and above when it came to service and hospitality! We will definitely be back when visiting the area again!!
My husband and I loved this Maggiano’s. Our server was excellent. She always checked on us and made sure we had refills. The food was excellent just like it is at every Maggiano’s we go to. My only complaint is that we prefer the traditional plain bread that other locations have. This one was baked differently but it was still good. Would definitely return to this location on our next visit to Chicago.
Our first trip ever to Marggiano's the staff and management were excellent. The food at this restaurant has been the best that I've experieneced in the city. We were greeted by an excellent host who was more than your average friendly host, then met with an amazing waitress who went above an beyond to ensure we had an excellent experience. After mentioning it was our first time at the restaurant, the manager made sure to greet us and welcome us to the establishment. The pasta was extraordinary, but the real star of the show was the blackened salmon. The cocktails were amazing, the food was excellent and the experience was the best one we've encountered all week.
Love the place, the food is the best. Thanks to Juan for serving us and being so courteous, we loved his attention. We would like employees like him in our business in Puerto Rico. DEFINITELY we will return.
Absolutely delightful…date night for me and hubby first time trying and walking by. Loved the scenery the food was so juicy, hot, and over all delicious. Wait time was short. Will be back for sure!!!!
This was a pickup order. Even the atmosphere in the pickup area was excellent, both friendly and respectful. I was very impressed and thankful with every aspect of the process. The warm food was not only in a sealed container but also wrapped in plastic wrap to ensure it stayed warm. Maggiano’s service and food are exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious. Thank you to everyone at Maggiano’s for all you do for your customers.
I got the spicy rigatoni and it was very delicious but the creamy white sauce overpowered the marinara sauce a bit too much. The chicken Alfredo was also delicious.
