Maggiano's Little Italy

Everything about my experience at this location was awesome. I've been to maggianos in Vegas and the Carolinas and had an amazing experience as well. But this location is the original and it definitely sets the tone. Very inviting, welcoming, whind down, chill ambiance setting. I went on a Thursday afternoon after shopping for a quick bite and got such personable service. I ordered crab cakes, lobster dip and chicken marsala with a red sangria and a spaghetti and meatballs to go..... all dishes were delightful.

Our first trip ever to Marggiano's the staff and management were excellent. The food at this restaurant has been the best that I've experieneced in the city. We were greeted by an excellent host who was more than your average friendly host, then met with an amazing waitress who went above an beyond to ensure we had an excellent experience. After mentioning it was our first time at the restaurant, the manager made sure to greet us and welcome us to the establishment. The pasta was extraordinary, but the real star of the show was the blackened salmon. The cocktails were amazing, the food was excellent and the experience was the best one we've encountered all week.

Had an enjoyable dinner at Maggianos staff was professional. Food was delicious, the only CON to our evening was the picture lady coming around, I didn't expect them to be free but geez the price for a picture and then they CHARGE for swiping your card. C'mon Maggianos you can do better!! I am guessing they're contracted out, how about negotiating a better contract for your Loyal customers Happy Holidays

First time experience, Calista was welcoming, a nice surprise visit from a chef, sharing a tasty appetizer and Erika our waitress kept a smile on her face when we saw her. The food was hot, fresh & delicious. The restaurant was crowded, yet the atmosphere could still be enjoyed. All tho overpriced we took advantage of the photographer, just be aware of the extra fees for using their service.

My husband and I loved this Maggiano’s. Our server was excellent. She always checked on us and made sure we had refills. The food was excellent just like it is at every Maggiano’s we go to. My only complaint is that we prefer the traditional plain bread that other locations have. This one was baked differently but it was still good. Would definitely return to this location on our next visit to Chicago.

This was a pickup order. Even the atmosphere in the pickup area was excellent, both friendly and respectful. I was very impressed and thankful with every aspect of the process. The warm food was not only in a sealed container but also wrapped in plastic wrap to ensure it stayed warm. Maggiano’s service and food are exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious. Thank you to everyone at Maggiano’s for all you do for your customers.
