One of my favorite places to eat in Chicago. My coworkers and I have been going here for years. I love the style a variety of food. The duck with apricot is mouthwatering, the venison is not gamey at all which is wonderful, and the swordfish is great. Beyond the rounds and rounds of meat, they have a well-stocked charcuterie area that does not disappoint, soups, salads, and numerous sides ranging from vegetables to pastries. They also bring around little cornbread bites that have been cooked in a cast iron that is smashing.
The atmospheres works well for a date night, friends relaxing or business meal. It is not too loud which I like so you can hear the people you are with. If you are just looking for drinks after work, there is a rooftop bar and a bar near the restaurant. While both are comfortable, I prefer the rooftop bar because of the fresh air and lounging area. Wondering what to drink and like whiskey, you cannot go wrong with the Bourbon lemonade. Especially during the summer, this drink offers a refreshing start to a fun evening.
So, it goes without saying, I really recommend ZED451 for any occasion.
Had a great time at this place. Ended up being a part of Brunch Bites event where got to sample their Chicken and Waffles!!! Freaking amazing! Great vibes and rooftop deck that is great good weather . Check out my post on Instagram @T_Lovesfood
love this spot because they cook all of their meats in delicious ways! Also if you are expecting/pregnant, this place will serve you well. The exclusive Chef Andrea (@awills_fl ) is a mom of a 6 month old adorable girl so she understands what are the pregnancy food restrictions. I told the staff and I didn’t have to worry about temperatures of meat. They served me a special plate with meats cooked well done and all the cheese at the bar is pasteurized. . .

Meat, meat, and more meat! A delicious dinner all around.
Normally I enjoy ZED451 for brunch, but occasionally do dinner her.
Bottom sirloin is my favorite, followed closely by the top sirloin and the Kahlua barbecue chicken (not made with it's namesake liquor).
Amuse Bouche of ceviche was excellent.
Had dinner late on a Monday, space was very empty. Music was an interesting choice of selections. Would have rather had some Brazilian Jazz (in keeping with the theme).
Service was enthusiastic and attentive, if a bit hard to understand at times due ti a heavy accent.
Bonus, it was Presidents Day,, so 25% off the entree price. AN outstanding deal!
Unbelievably friendly staff and unusually well timed Brazilian steakhouse. The servers were fantastic and had a great attitude, with a bonus of great senses of humor. All of the preparation and cutting to order was Immaculate. Save room for desert and keep the craft cocktails flowing, it was quite a treat.
Great Sunday Brunch Buffet. Fantastic variety of juicy succulent meats. Great salad and pasta bar also there was soup, eggs, bacon French toast and very good mimosas
Loved the interior of the place. Was warm and cozy with the fireplace going, bar was old fashion with the bartender squeezing and using fresh fruit and picking away at a giant ice block for drinks. Had happy hours during the week for appetizers and drinks.
This place is not 100% Brazilian...it does not look like a brazilian barbecue, however the food and meat is very good!! Drink is good as well, despite again, the only Brazilian drink is the caipirinha...and there wasn’t a lime one!! Worth to go!!
This all you can eat steak is wonderful.
Overall great service, drinks, food.
I will definitely be back.
We went during restaurant week .
The food was really good
Drinks were great as well. I was hosting a bachelorette party so we wanted a rooftop location. Unfortunately, it rained and the rooftop was closed. Our group was accommodated with a table in the bar area. The ambiance was very warm with a swanky feel. I loved it. The music playing was ok. I would've preferred more variety. The service was a bit slow and not the best, however we still enjoyed our time. We were allowed to bring in cupcakes and balloons. I'll definitely go back but earlier and for the full dining experience.
