Came here with my co-worker to grab a small bite to eat and a night cap. Ordered the Chicago Spritz and fries and it was such a nice and relaxing vibe to just hang out and chat. I cant to come back here the next time I visit Chicago!
My friend and I are both avid champagne drinkers and found this bar on a recent trip to Chicago. It was wonderful!! The ambiance was nice, the champagne was good, and the nibbles were good. It’s the perfect place to meet up & have a few drinks.

Pops is very stylish and comfortable. They have excellent champagnes by the glass. We started our evening here and would definitely return. I’d like to come back with a group and get a bottle. They have a huge champagne menu.

This bar is gorgeous and a champagne lover’s dream 😍 we got ‘it takes two to mango’ and ‘champagne poetry’ (pictured) and they were pretty good. My favorite drink was the autumn renaissance!
Absolutely a must stop every trip I make back to Chicago!! Perfect for a single person, and good for a group, couple, or girls night out. Happy Hour alone is worth the visit. Planning to do the New Years Eve party in 2020!

My brother took me here for drinks on my birthday and wow. Loved it. Bartender was so nice and friendly and the drinks were delicious. Can't wait to go back.
We shared a few different bubbles by the glass which were delicious. We each had our favorites. Staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Great place to start the night off right!
