Came here with my co-worker to grab a small bite to eat and a night cap. Ordered the Chicago Spritz and fries and it was such a nice and relaxing vibe to just hang out and chat. I cant to come back here the next time I visit Chicago!

My friend and I are both avid champagne drinkers and found this bar on a recent trip to Chicago. It was wonderful!! The ambiance was nice, the champagne was good, and the nibbles were good. It’s the perfect place to meet up & have a few drinks.

The employees here are absolutely fantastic. They treat you like a regular no matter who you are. The chef Lucas loves to bring out your food personally and make sure it’s everything you wanted! Not to mention the speakeasy is fantastic and the bartender can make the perfect drink. Even ask him for a drink that taste like pizza.

Cute chill spot! A nice variety of bubbly and non-bubbly drinks to choose from, along with some bites - all price points. Sit by the window for some prime people watching. I had the rosé which was tasty and their olives to snack on... nice touch with the shaved orange peel. At first glance, it looks like cheese.

Wow! If you like real champagne, this is it. I wasn’t expecting the amazing champagne and wine list. I am well traveled and very few establishments I have visited have this impressive of a list. The service was prompt and provided excellent recommendations. We will return, so excited to have discovered Pops for Champagne!
