Bistronomic April 7, 2018 We started with the escargot 🐌 The apparatus salad and duck breast we on point. The veggie meal was eaten by Roc. The desserts were very good. The lemon Tart was Roc dessert... She spoke with Hillary and just before leaving the restuarant the chef provide a tart to taken home . The executive chef/owner (Martial Nuguier) visited our table and it was very delightful. Lulu greeted us warmly and the checked our coat. Martial and Lulu greeted as again as we left after 2 hours and 20 minutes of dining. Shalom

What a lovely surprise for lunch! My husband had beet salad and the special carrot soup. I had the special ravioli- English Pea and Mint in a mushroom sauce- it was amazing! It was the best I’ve ever had! I would absolutely come back when I visit Chicago again!

This place have an amazing staff, the drinks we started are refreshing. Moving to the food, starting with the truffle grilled cheese sandwich, the salad was good as well. We were on an early dinner so we had the braised beef with pasta wasn’t that great 6.5/10 , my steak frites was great I would say 9/10 the dessert we had the lemon tart , the lemon part was amazing however the white meringue part was a bit too much, I wish there was less to none. Overall it was a good experience! Hence the 4 stars

Bistronomic is a must-visit for anyone looking for a delicious and unforgettable dining experience. The food is impeccable, the service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bistronomic for brunch, and I was thoroughly impressed. My waiter, Carlos, was absolutely amazing. He was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made sure that we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying our meal. I highly recommend requesting Carlos as your waiter if you have the opportunity. I started my meal with the Brunch Mimosa, which was perfect. It was not too juicy and had a great balance of sweetness and acidity. For my main course, I had the Brioche French Toast, which was light as a cloud and perfectly cooked. The steak and eggs were also cooked to perfection, and the Espresso Martini was mind-blowing with a hint of bourbon. To finish off my meal, I had the Black and White Creme Brulee, which was unique and delicious. The contrast between the two flavors was amazing, and the creme brulee was perfectly executed. Overall, I had an incredible dining experience at Bistronomic. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was perfect. I highly recommend Bistronomic to anyone looking for a truly special dining experience.

In the heart of Chicagos Gold Coast is a nice small French bistro . 🦋make reservations 🦋Place was packed when I came, with a short wait at the bar. 🦋 inside dining and/or patio dining available 🦋came here for brunch. 🦋 for some reason, we ended up getting 2 waiters, …so the service was very confusing, & very poor… it felt very rushed. The back servers were more helpful and more polite than the waiters. 🦋 the artisanal smoked salmon avocado toast was delicious!!! Highly recommend. Just wish there was more of it. The arugula over it was very good as well. 🦋 the gourmet grilled cheese was delicious. But so small in quantity….. 🦋I read the reviews and was convinced to try the espresso martini: I didn’t enjoy it at all. It was terrible. Bailey dependent …not a true espresso martini. I told the waiter that I don’t like Baileys & he convinced me to get it & said if I don’t like it it’s ok….well that waiter never checked up on me again or the drink…very dissatisfied with that experience. 🦋The bottomless mimosas are also recommended here.

We forgot to make reservations on a Friday night and had no luck getting in to any other restaurant. Upon entering Bistronomic, we were warmly greeted by a lovely hostess. Although the restaurant appeared to be very busy, she was able to accomodate us. The decor, atmosphere, service and food were all impeccable. Thank you to the team at Bistronomic! If we lived in Chicago we would be regulars at your restaurant!

We came here for dinner on a Friday night and were warmly greeted. The vibe in the restaurant was great. In addition to the regular menu, the restaurant also offered a 3 course prix fixe option and specials. The escargot, tortellini, Caesar salad, and salmon were all good. The lamb shank was tender and delicious. The mussels in white wine sauce lacked something though. It was just a little too bland. On the other hand, the crème brûlée had too much nutmeg. It reminded us of a pumpkin custard. We ate everything though!

Great small French bistro in the heart of Chicago Gold Coast. Restaurant was not packed for brunch but I would recommend making reservations since the dinning room is small and can quickly fill up. We came here for brunch. The egg Benedict dish was good but the egg was not runny at all. The other dish I tried was toast avocado. Great breakfast sandwich but for whatever reason it came under a mountain of arugula. The arugula has completely overpowered the dish and I had to dig thru arugula to find all the pieces of the avocado toast. The bottomless mimosas are a must but keep in mind that they only serve mimosas during lunch with hard stop at 2:30pm. They don’t leave a pitcher at the table and only refill your glass on request. Service was ok. The bus boys and back servers were more helpful and more polite than the waiters.

This is really similar to a Parisian restaurant. The food is good with some original French dishes like duck, boeuf bourguignon and cheese and nice wines. It makes you forget you are in Chicago for a short moment.

Went for Sunday Brunch and sat on the patio. Walked in without a reservation, which was great. I had the Eggs Benedict, and my date had the Avocado Toast (pictured). Our food was pretty solid—tasted as expected for a place of this caliber. The Espresso Martinis were on the smaller side but still great. Our sever was bad about coming back and checking on us and putting our drink orders in. I would go back for brunch and get their espresso martinis.

One of my favorite restaurants in River North - absolutely charming, very cozy, and a high-end experience. My service here is always top-notch. The staff makes you feel like a star, they will never let your bottomless mimosa run low! I always stop here when I’m in the city for brunch - so much selection on the menu. I recommend patio seating when it’s nice out, and they also dress the restaurant up for Christmas and it’s beautiful.

We had bottomless mimosas and brunch at Bistronomic on Saturday morning. The restaurant is very nice and our server was great. I had the quiche with potatoes and an arugula salad which was pretty good. It was a little too fancy for us, but would recommend for a decent bottomless deal.
