I don’t know how they get so much flavor into each piece of popcorn, but I appreciate it. I absolutely love this popcorn so anytime I can get to Chicago I purchase a bag or 3.

Just recently got back from Chicago and of course all of us came home with at least a bag of popcorn from this place. It felt like most people we met at the airport did the same as well. This place has been serving gourmet popcorn since 1949. They actually have quite a few different options, including pecan caramelcrisp, on top of their signature Garrett mix (CaramelCrisp and CheeseCorn). I got a medium bag and it was enough to satisfy the family without it getting too much. The whole mix overall was quite sweet. I would say this place is a must visit if you are in Chicago.

You haven't lived until you try Garrett's OG "Chicago Mix" (mix of caramel popcorn and cheese popcorn). Nothing compares to the fresh-made mix from Garrett. And don't try to buy the fu-fu stuff you see in bags at the airports and markets. Garrett is the one and only. Prepare to wait in line if you visit one of their downtown locations on a weekend.

There's nothing like a Chicago visit when you're able to get Garrett Popcorn! No matter which store, the smells are amazing, the staff are friendly, and the Chicago mix is the number one option for me!!!

First time visiting Garrett’s and I enjoyed the experience. They were busy but I was able to get in and out in about 30 mins. This is a busy location so, if you don’t have time time… don’t come.
The popcorn is delicious and the staff was nice and answered questions in a friendly manner. I will be back & highly recommend

The smell of fresh popcorn and carmel will seduce you from th street. This is a Chicago staple and a must taste. My fave is the Garret mix, Chicago mix, caramel and cheesy cheese. Second fav is the pecan crunch.

Went around 4pm on Saturday and waited in line for 15 minutes or so. The line moves faster than you’d expect. We got the Garrett mix with cheese and caramel and it was pretty good! The caramel was my favorite but mixing the sweet and savory was definitely good. If I came back and had to choose the flavor I’d definitely choose just the caramel but overall solid experience.

Haven't been here in over ten years. Made the smart decesion to place online order at 930am for 130pm pickup. Best decision as that line to order was almost around the corner. Atleast 30 people strong at the Ontario st location. Introduced this great popcorn to my two youngest boys. They now love it.
