I am trucker and called to order but customer service refuse to take order and want me to stand in line with other cars at drive thru and he was really rude. I drove to love truckstop and they took my order over the phone and brought it to me outside. Here is the pic on WENDYs across the street for your food and respect !

have visited this arbys several times in the past month, there is a kid that works the drive up window, he talks way too fast and runs his words together so that you cant understand him, i mentioned it to one of his coworkers the last time i visited the location but it has not made any difference. the service is very cold, take your money get your food not even a thank you or have a good day.i went back a week later to this location, they had a girl working the drive up that was clear speaking and could be understood plainly, but just the other day , i went back by there to get supper and they had the same speed talking mumbling kid working the driveup, im not going back
