I work at subway and come by this location a lot to get coffee for my employees and myself last couple times I’ve been thru it’s been absolutely horrible. The drinks have been so sweet that we are not able to drink them and I can’t just leave and come back again. It’s hasn’t been a great experience. From now on I’ll drive across town cause they get it right. I usually get the white chocolate mocha iced with sweet cream foam and Carmel drizzle and it hasn’t been but runny cream on top and no Carmel drizzle and extremely sweet without the taste of coffee

Went to redeem my birthday reward and was met by a very unfriendly, annoyed employee taking orders. Gave me the wrong size coffee and then a major attitude when I double checked that my birthday reward was used. I will gladly drive across town to the other location next time!
