I’m an over the road truck driver. Got to the truck parking in the back. Wanted some nuggets but the lobby was closed. So I went to the drive through window. I don’t not catch the lady’s name. But she let me get my nuggets. It was around 7:15 7:30 on 1-24-2021. So if u see this. Thank you very much for letting me order when I was not in a car. She was wearing a blue shirt. Thank you a ton.

I was enjoying my delicious egg McMuffin like I often do on Sundays, when I noticed the egg patty had a bit of a crunch to it. It was full of egg shells. Yuck. I pulled up to the speaker, politely explained the situation, and asked the clerk for a refund. Her response? "All of our eggs have shells in them. That's just how we crack them. It's very difficult to not get shell in the eggs." Uh, what?! That's like the 647594299th Egg McMuffin I've eaten. First time it's been crunchy. To her credit, the MOD was very apologetic and did give me a full refund. I'm not upset about the shell bits. Accidents happen. The way it was handled by the clerk, however, was unacceptable. Please train the clerks/cooks better.
