Chipotle Mexican Grill

Third time in a row, absolutely disappointed - 5 minute drive from restaurant to house and food is cold!!! Even picked it up early, it was on the shelve waiting when we got there 10 minutes prior to scheduled pickup time. One bowl was pathetic in size, basically four pieces of meat and about a pound of guacamole. You have to order online as the food line for walk ins are the same all day long, dried out and burnt. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING!!! Management, tighten up the show!!

I had my room mate go order for all of us (3 children, 4 adults). Only ordered one item each, no extra meat, no complicated orders. They left at 4:50, took 10 minutes to get there, and they didn't get home until 6:15pm! They arrived to no line, but tons of attitude from the line workers. They moved so slow a line out the door formed by the time they finished. The cashier even left to go help the kitchen instead of the clearly struggling front line. The two ladies working had obvious problems with each other and bicker in front of everyone. Not to mention the portions on the rice were miniscule. This restaurant is struggling big time.

Listen I love Chipotle however this one in Cheyenne is horrible everytime I go I hope that they have gotten it together but nope.Today again my food was cold my fajita veggies were not cooked all the way and they were cold I had to ask for more salsa 3 times as the lady only gave me a little amout and I asked for gauc again less then another store gives and I paid extra for it. I honestly can't believe this store is still open the management is horrible.
