I would give 0 stars if I could!!! Unprofessional staff, I ordered online they messed up the order, I live 25 minutes out of town and they said If I wanted them to fix it, I had to come back the same day..... Absolutely ridiculous! I'm not going to drive 25 minutes for them to fix their mistake!! They refused to give any refund as well. Worst experience!!!!

Waited an hour and was finally called to say they don’t have anymore French bread. Would have been great if they would have called right away, instead I waited an hour to find out my food wasn’t coming.

Specifically asked the girl at the register if she knows what “Jimmy it up “ means, they found the button on the register, and pressed it. I asked the people making the sandwich if they knew what “Jimmy it up”means, he assured me they did. It was not, no jalapeños, no Dijon mustard, etc. Poor customer service and poor employee training.

The sandwichs we had were very good and the young folks at the counter were very nice and the bread was very good we have found a new sandwich shop!

I'm only giving 3 cause the bread was so hard you could knock on it. Plus the slim was ridiculous. No nothing on on half of the sandwich and so hard I had to make my Mother some soup instead. Probably won't go back. 😥
