It's Chipotle, quality is hit or miss. You're not getting anything else for these prices though.

This location was quiet and relatively clean.
The staff did not have the drink and utensils station properly stocked. As a result, I (politely) asked for forks, and the staff member did not bother to pay attention to my request.
The professionalism was lacking.
The only thing that saved them was the food being very tasty.
Visit this location. Just be prepared for subpar service.

Great on time ready food for pickup. Food was good. Exactly what I ordered. I wish I could have little more of veggies etc but u can't define all that online. So no concerns with the people there.

Street parking available immediately next to and behind it off of Willard. The inside was a little bit dirty even though the employees said it had been a slow day. Food tasted good though.

My boyfriend and I ate there sofrito it's so delicious. Except, there was a homeless person rooming around and smelled so bad that it spoiled my appetite.

This store compares very favorably with almost every other Chipotle I have visited. The staff moves the line quickly and the ingredients are always fresh, and the portions are not too stingy. I order on the app and they always have it ready on time. The staff is super nice and very accommodating. The store is very clean especially considering the amount of foot traffic they get.
This place gets absolutely slammed every weekday around noon so plan your meals accordingly. The only complaint I have is that the green hot sauce bottles are always out! I'm sure people keep walking out with them, I love their green hot sauce.

Chipotle has been one of my favorite places ever because of their model, clean ingredients and quick service. The degree of customization is nice and the food tastes great in my opinion. Just watch out for the calories.

The fastest chipotle I’ve been to thus far! I was at the end of a long line, assuming the worst - that I would have been waiting a long time. Nope, they sure proved me wrong. Isabelle the manager expedited my order and the rest of the staff worked together to get the line moving in such a fast paced manner.

Clean, well run- -there were a lot of people and minimal wait time, great vegetarian option.
Would give 5 stars, but no baby changing stations. I understand they are in a busy business area, but other patrons do come to.

This is a certified decent Chipotle in the DMV area! The quality of Chipotle food has drastically declined within the past 3-5 years, so I can only go to certain ones. I was delighted to find one in the Silver Spring area. I’m not here often.
