I am disappointed with my experience here, the place was fairly empty when we arrived, we placed our order, 2 individuals pizza, nothing crazy. Waited for almost 40 mins to get out food, in that time frame 3 different tables were filled and served their food, i saw the server avoid eye contact as she should have noticed it was taking too long, we were about to get up and leave when the pizza arrive. I would say the pizza was good but the wait and service left a lot to be desired, ohh and of top of that they got my wife’s order wrong. I would give 2 star because the pizzas had a good flavor.
UPDATE
They did refund the transaction, I would be back to try them again as I mentioned the pizzas were good, I was just turned off by the service. Hopefully it will be a better experience.

Solid Pizza / Italian restaurant chain in a casual atmosphere with many different food options to choose from. We were in the mood for pizza, and each ordered a personal margharita and personal cheese pizza. Both were tasty, yet not overwhelming. I would have liked my cheese pizza to be a bit more crunchy, but it was still fresh, and right out of the oven. We also ordered garlic knots, which were particularly good, along with a cup of tomato basil soup. The soup was also very tasty, but was really small, even for a "cup" serving. Atmosphere was clean and spacious, with a few TVs tuned in to local sporting events. Service was friendly, and our server checked in frequently to ensure that we had what we needed. Definitely recommend for a pleasant, quick, casual meal.

The people here are always really nice. The food is predictable and solid, and not over priced. Small beer on draft. They have great deals throughout the week. They offer parking validation if you need it. Outdoor seating available.

I had a bus to catch and was feeling a bit hungry so I stopped in for something quick. The staff was extremely helpful and I was able to get my food and get to the stop with plenty of time left over. I probably had enough time to go back for another slice! The pizza was amazing and I liked the amount given. There was a bit of grease, but nothing some napkins won't fix. Definitely looking forward to coming back in the future!

Easy on-line ordering. Contact less delivery as order was brought out to my car. The Wings were tasty. The California Chicken Salad was hearty & filled with kale. The meat lovers pizza is my favorite. You will enjoy a great meal with Potomac.

First time having Potomac Pizza... Normally I hate any pizza that's not NY Pizza... This place is AWESOME!
Fresh ingredients and crisp slices... Easily my new favorite pizza shop... Fyi 2 slices, 3 toppings each and a coke for $10.50...
