Starbucks

God where can I start! This is by far the worst experienced and service I have got from all the Starbucks I have visited national and international and you now it's always the same I keep trying to see and give them another opportunity just to see if they get better but nope they never let me down alway bad!! Most of the time they are under staff and waits are long. Always order the same Cappuccino with almond milk and 2 stevias not wet . What I got 4 out of 5 a latte . Lots of milk ughh . I was just there today and the same they give me a wet very wet Capu . I'm done I'm not going back there

I would give them a 4.5 star if I could but also glad I can’t bc the morning crew/girls been there the longest that I know of are great , cheerful , always very bubbly and nice to the customers even when it’s been very hectic, They are great they do a great job but of course there’s always a couple bad apples like this afternoon(12/05/21) The two girls working the counter are not doing what the original people do really not even the original that everybody does when a customer walks in the one ringing up you can’t really hear she seems like she doesn’t really wanna even be there doesn’t even smiled or greet you doesn’t even say you know welcome to the store, the one making the drinks she’s constantly talking to the girl that is on the register and not acknowledging the customers, she didn’t even call out any of the drink names so everybody continue to have to ask her which was what, just honestly if you don’t want to job then just don’t get one or at least not at that place you don’t want to be at instead of being them type of people and just laziness/I don’t care attitude.

This is not a big, cozy Starbucks, but it was exactly what I needed today. I got to town before everyone else and settled in at one of the three tables to get some work done with a good coffee. The café is in a corner of a Jewel-Osco, and lots of grocery customers come in for a coffee before or after shopping. Friendly, simple setup.
