Delicious! This is a place you go when you want to take your time and enjoy a night out, the food will take a little longer, because it's being prepared fresh, they aren't trying to get you in and out, service was good, friendly waitress, we had a really great experience
Great service, great atmosphere, and great food! I highly recommend this. It's a wonderful experience at a great price point.
The food and wine are absolutely magnificent! Everyone ended up sharing the appetizers and entrees we ordered with each other (we aren’t even family) - they were all so delicious and unique. The chef pays special attention to the sauces and he has definitely mastered the craft. I cannot day enough about this restaurant; everything from the food to the drinks, service to the decor was flawless. The restaurant was a little difficult to locate, but I certainly won’t forget how to find it again!
We went Friday night. To my surprise I discovered that they encourage you to stay as long as you like and are not chasing you out the door to turn the table.
The wine selection is fabulous, though you’re better off with a bottle than a glass unless you really only want one.
All the food is good, but the spetzle app is a must as is the apple strudel for dessert.
The service is extremely congenital, but not fast. Do NOT come here for a quick bite. The two gentlemen who run (own?) the restaurant have a specific view of what dining should be and they run the place accordingly. Which is the reason you own your own place, to do it your way.
So far a leisurely, indulgent and a bit costly dinner experience, come here. Because YUM!
Excellent food and 6 star service! Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Wonderful selection of Austrian favorites and classic steaks with delicious sauces to enhance. Beers and wines to complement, perfectly prepared veggies, spaetzle, and potato pancakes. We'll be back.
Perfectly portioned, authentic Austrian country cuisine in a comfortably decorated, repurposed space. Nice menu selection in the $20s to the $30s and you get what you pay for. Delicious!
Note that we ate dinner during the week and there was only one [very friendly] server and the chef, Markus so the service was pretty slow. Make sure you bring good company!
