While all the food came hot, my hand tossed pizza was more like a thin crust and a lot of the bottom was actually torn. The boneless wings were incredibly tiny and tasted more like salt than Cajun flavor. The cinnamon roles, which I was excited to try, were very rubbery and appeared burnt. The bright spot was our delivery driver who accidentally forgot an item and returned immediately with said item nice and hot.

Awful experience. Online order placed with a 10-20 minute wait for curbside service. Sign said text when you arrive. You text and get auto response. Waited an additional 10 minutes. Text again, same auto response. After another 5 minutes (mind you, 30 minutes after ordering), I went inside for my "contact-less" transaction. I was questioned whether I texted. What?? Yes, I did. "Oh, yeah, she did text us." Mind you, no customers were seen entering or leaving this store while I sat in my car. Didn't really see employees doing anything. No apologies. No service. No customer appreciation. I remembered why I stopped going to Pizza Hut after eating my order. Way better food out there and potentially better service.

People need to understand that if they don’t tip the delivery drivers, especially now when gas is so high, then they might as well order carry out. Stores like this can’t keep drivers - thus they can’t offer delivery- if people can’t tip a few dollars. Don’t order $50 in food delivery if you can’t tip or chose not to. Can’t blame the store if they don’t offer delivery- no one wants to use their own car and work for free.

I ordered carry out on the website, went to pick it up, and it was sent out for delivery. Got back home and absolutely none of the 3 pizzas I ordered had any sauce on them at all. Called the store and the manager wanted to argue with me for a few minutes on whether I ordered a BBQ or buffalo chicken pizza (distraction; either way, there was no sauce on it and I established beforehand that all were supposed to). After ~5 mins. of back & forth I explained that I didn't want a refund; I wanted my food, the way it was supposed to be. After that, she reluctantly agreed to send me out new pizzas. New ones arrived ~90 mins. after hanging up the phone. It'll be awhile before I order from that location again.

Don't waste your money. Pizza was horrible, the night manager (Tammy) was horrible and rude. I could not get one word in when trying to explain my problem, I wish I could give my experience no stars it was that bad. I don't even want another pizza.

Just ordered online using 200 of my points for a free pizza along with ordering another pizza, just to be called and told there would be no delivery drivers until this "evening". Mind you, it's almost 1pm in the afternoon dude. Was told my order would be voided and the worker said he didn't know if my point would be added back to my account. 1st time I ordered from them it took almost 2 hours to get my food....like Jesus Christ.

My wife ordered curbside I arrived called the number I was supposed to call waited then got tired if waiting and went inside. Once inside I saw a young black gentleman with a hat just sitting there. He asked me my name I told him the name the pizza was under then he asked me if it was paid for(all this was already taking care of over the phone)I got my pizzas and left. I will never ever do curbside again.....its a joke to say the least.

When I order don’t substitute things without my consent. Give veterans respect. Make sure that ever pizza is looking good and fresh. Have consideration for your customers and stop trying to just make money. Hire some employees that care about there job like Chick-fil-A. The customer service sucks at Pizza Hut and I will never eat here again
