Richie and Rob are by far the BEST, most caring, honest, fair and personable people I have ever encountered in the sales business! In January, in the midst of working in a hospital as a nurse, during COVID, and with 3 elementary school-aged kids, with lots of extra curricular activities, my current vehicle died… TWICE! The second time it was gone for good… Knowing how important a RELIABLE vehicle is to my family, I searched.. and searched.. and searched all over the entire state of VA (not even exaggerating) and finally found RICHIE!!!! He never made me feel pressured and was always helpful and kind! He truly made a huge difference in our lives by finding us a VERY RELIABLE, full efficient, and comfortably priced for our family 2022 Toyota Sienna! The entire process from searching, to delivery, to pick up was smooth and Richie and Rob turned our difficult situation into the best case scenario and dream come true for our family!!!!! I was looking for a 2022 4runner in metallic gray. Honestly, priority Toyota was not my first dealership I called. I called First team Toyota first since my wife and I bought our 2020 rav4 hybrid XSE there. They did not have the vehicle color that I wanted. So I gave Priority a chance (had a bad experience with them in 2020 when my wife and I were looking our RAV4s). They had the 2022 Metallic gray trd off road premium that I wanted. The vehicle still had plastic inside and not even put in the system yet. Took it for a drive around the lot and when we got out another customer started looking at it as well. Went back inside to work out numbers with David Mendez and it was all she wrote. He was relatable and upfront. Made the interaction easy and unnerving. The other guy was upset when he realized we closed the deal (wish I could of seen his face) but I am so glad that I didn't let my past experience ruin it for me. David Mendez, Mary Hames, and Zeke Bodrick made my experience a AWESOME one. I would like to thank ALL of them for keeping it friendly, straight forward, and honest.

Avoid Priority Toyota Chesapeake unless you enjoy lighting your money on fire. Their best offer on a cement woodland edition sienna sitting on the lot was 7k over msrp. They started at 9k over. Priority Toyota’s price gouging is 3-4 times higher than surrounding dealers. First team Toyota charges a 2500 protection package. Checkered flag charges 2k. Hall Toyota has offered as low as 1k. Priority knows this and doesn’t care.

In this crazy car market, my husband and I almost gave up when trying to purchase a truck. Bad customer service, feeling like a number not a person, getting pressured to take a ridiculous deal... we were done! That all changed when we met with Giuseppe at Priority Toyota in Chesapeake. If you are in the market for a vehicle, please see him before throwing in the towel. My husband and I were so blown away with our experience purchasing a vehicle from him, that we are telling everyone we know to go see him . Being in the customer service industry for decades, we really value and appreciate great customer service. Giuseppe worked hard for our business and made us feel like we were his only customers. He kept us informed, was patient, listen to our needs and found us exactly what we were looking for. We did not feel pressured at all or rushed. His customer service is exemplary and you can tell he not only enjoys helping others but also loves the company he works for. Priority did right by hiring him and he will forever have our business. We purchased many cars in our life and this hands down has been the most easiest and greatest experience we ever had! Giuseppe Lenzo, we truly appreciate you and your efforts! Came here are received EXCELLENT service from Kenyan! I do not like going to care dealerships as a woman because I feel like they try to over sell us on based on the fact that we are women. I asked Kenyan how long my service would take and he was damn near spot on. It only took a few hours which was great. I’ve been to another Toyota dealership and my car literally was there for 6 -7 hrs because they say they take longer if you drop off. That long wait time alone is making me get all of my service done at Priority. Kenyan is an Excellent customer service advisor and very welcoming. This is an absolutely Great location! Thank you!

Richie was amazing and helped me out immensely during my car search. The car market right now is tough but he made it possible to get me exactly what I wanted and respected how much I was willing contribute. Being 22 and getting a car is such a scary task but he was extremely understanding and wanted me to walk out happy AND in my comfort zone. He gave me a lot of insight on safety features I didn't quite think about needing as a young adult girl and I absolutely love having them and my car. Thanks again Richie!!
