Subway

We had a pleasant lunch at this location on our way back from the Outer Banks. The dining area was spacious and the bathrooms were clean. The bread itself was delicious, making for some excellent subs. They were playing excellent music at a perfect volume level. The staff was particularly friendly - greeted me and my family with a "Hello and welcome to Subway. How are you today?" as soon as we approached the counter. Wanting to only take a short break from our road trip, we decided against cookies or chips, but one of the employees handed my nephew a chocolate chip cookie which was free of charge. I would recommend this location.

Not a fan of locations that don't update their hours. They say they're open till 9:30 and I get there around 9:15. Planning to buy my food and give a decent tip because I know they're cleaning up right now, but when I show up the door says they're closed at 9:00. Google says 9:30. All the other business in the area are great at updating their hours, not this one.

Charged me $8.18 (5.559+1.59+1.09) for a breakfast sandwich that was up on the board as $5.49, when i asked about it i was told that this is how they were trained to ring it up because it wasnt a option in their system. So instead of the price they have above their heads they charge for a different slightly more expensive sandwich and then charge me for add-ons.

Have witnessed a man named Hunter being quite the gentleman at your store. He opened the door and assisted an older couple in the door as well as assisted them in getting their meal to the table and cleaning up behind them. He was polite to me and fixed my sandwich exactly as I wanted. He seems to be a great asset to your company.
