I ordered online and the order was ready when I arrived. The store was clean. I did not interact with the employees since my order was on the counter for pick up. I ate at the table outside which was also clean. My flatbread had too much pesto, but I suppose that can be a personal preference. The area is hard to get in to and out of due to traffic, but that is not the store’s fault as they are located in a busy area.

Accidentally got a Peanut Butter Cup with chocolate not knowing these had chocolate in it. The people working gave me a new one for my dog, super friendly staff and awesome! Thank you guys for everything!

The best location ever! I’m going to say I’ve been traveling throughout the United States and seriously this is the best location with the best service. Shannon, Taylor and Savannah are some of the best people that I’ve met at any store even outside of Tropical Smoothie Café. I ordered my “made up”smoothie that I like to get anywhere I go and they whipped it up no questions asked and it turned out perfect. Keep up the amazing work! Even if you don’t live in Chesapeake please drive to this location you’ll be highly satisfied.

The staff was very friendly. I had the hurricane smoothie and Cajun shrimp wrap. They were both delicious. However, they were out of passion fruit and I substituted with again. Still tasty though.
