Domino's Pizza

Just picked up our pizza, and NEVER had a bad experience at any other Dominos, but this place I guess thought it was acceptable to send out a half burnt pizza, not even cut or anything! We couldn't eat it, it was so hard. We called the manager and without apology just tells us to bring it back. So that means we have to drive all the way back up there with hungry people waiting and sit and wait for them to remake something that should've never left the store. Sad excuse for a restaurant and manager. If they wouldn't eat it, then why would anyone else?!?

I have only ordered delivery from this store, and from that perspective, this location is on fire! Out of several deliveries, only one has been delayed, and they sent me an email with a free pizza before I even had a chance to think about complaining (I probably wouldn’t have because the service and food had always been top quality prior to that and things happen) and that shows exceptional customer service. Every order has been perfect since as well. Thanks for all y’all do!

I ordered my pizza over an hour ago and it has yet to be started according to the tracker. I have called multiple times and nobody has answered. *my husband ended up driving there (an hour+ after we ordered) and they refunded us. They said they meant to call and say there was only one delivery driver.

I was craving garlic crusted pizza & wings. When I got home, the wings were a lot smaller than expected. My pizza did NOT have garlic crust, as advertised. I called back to the store to complain about the pizza. The young lady who answered the phone stated they ran out a while ago. I asked her why was it advertised if they weren't doing it. All she did was apologize. I won't go back there ....

The service was poor. I ordered a meat lovers and they gave me a peperoni. The flat bread veggie pizza that I ordered was very skimpy and they refused to fix it so I asked for a refund and left. This is the 4th skimpy pizza i got from this location. Im watching my bank account for my refund. Im talking about the Atlantic Ave. Chesapeake, va location. Order number 1678. Cancelled at 9:22pm on 1/14/22.
