Mcdonald's

As long as you're not using the DT during breakfast you're golden. On this visit I ordered a double cheeseburger and large fries. My fries hot and golden but definitely not a large size. They must have needed to fry up some more since they shorted my large order for a medium. My cheeseburger was as I have always remembered it to be. Cheesy goodness! I stopped going here at breakfast when out of one 7 day week they left out my hashbrowns 3 times and the last straw was a giant piece of egg in my egg mcmuffin. I worked at a Mickey Ds as my 1st job as a cook and never once did I potentially harm someone by putting an egg shell in their mcmuffin. It was so big and on the edge that it should have been thrown away and not served.

I had just been in the Super Walmart across the parking lot and decided the grab some lunch here before heading back to the house. This is a nice looking McDonald's. Very modern on the inside and outside. However what's become very typical of McD's is the kids running the joint are all playing grabass instead of concentrating on their jobs. Case and point, there's a kid in front of me in line, and he's apparently an employee and is there to pick up his paycheck. Half of the staff is up at the counter and they're all having a big BS session, oblivious to the customers who are waiting to get their food and or place orders. No management in sight by the way. None. Eventually the kid gets his check and he leaves and everything slowly starts to go back into motion. I ordered my food and took a seat. Again, nice dining room, the place looks fantastic and is very modern designed McDonald's. The food was ok to. IMOP they just need to focus on their service.

On 30 Sep 2021, my wife and I stopped at this restaurant to get something to eat. We were taken care of by Aletha. She was very pleasant and friendly getting our order together. We were also assisted by AJ, who actually works in HR but was assisting with the staffing. He came over to our table and we talked, in length, about the challenges they have had with staffing and also the benefits McDonald's is now offering for new hires. This was one of our best, if not the best experience we have had at McDonald's. These employees were working hard to ensure the customers had a positive experience and would come back. Thank you Aletha and AJ for taking care of us and we hope to return again.

They were extremely rude, my family and I usually come to this mcdonald’s but they were rude, and couldn’t speak up. So therefore, i do not recommend, and it’s been taking at least 30 minutes to get our order today. So if you want to wait for 30 minutes almost and hour, for soggy fries and a burger i suggest you go somewhere else.

I live right by this particular mcdonald’s so i come here quite often. The service is normally amazing, they have great staff that treat the costumers with a great deal of respect, however, today that was not the case. i was treated very poorly, the woman serving me i believe her name was Alethia is what it was after i asked her for it. She continued to talk to me with attitude and overall she acted like it was a hassle to serve me my food, considering it is her job to do i feel like she is very unprofessional and has zero customer service skills. If the other employees were not so respectful i would not go back ... This mcdonald’s should think twice about some of their employees.
