7-eleven

This 7-Eleven location has older gas pumps, but a well-stocked store. The coffee station, however, was very dirty. It did not appear to have been cleaned in a very long time. I did buy a cup of coffee, but I will not be returning. It was just too dirty. The cashier was friendly, helpful, and attentive.

I do stop here sometimes because it it on my way home. Usually an uneventful visit. I stop in either get gas or a fountain soda. Today was a soda stop. There was 3 ladies in the store (employees) and only the older white lady was helping customers. The other 2 were standing behind the counter talking to each other. There was a line of 6 people. When I got to the next person in line the lady at the register asked if someone could get the 2 slices of pizza the guy asked for and they ignored her. Very unprofessional and out rude to her and the other customers in the store. Kudos to the cashier not getting upset and shame on the other employees not even bothering to acknowledge she was needing help. Hope this message reaches who it needs.

I went in to buy 2 hots dog for lunch today. the women who rang me up gave me 2 burned up hot dogs so burned they were hard and wrinkled. I asked for some that were not so burned and hard. lady gave me new hot dogs got them home and the buns were so hard I could not eat them. when I worked 7-11 15 years ago before the were all franchised we kept a food log and hot dogs could never stay on the grill more the 4 hours. I guess now a days there must be not any standards for grilled food. just think to yourself if you would eat it. if you would not what makes you think I would want it. condiment station was very dirty old dried up stuff not fresh mess. I wont be going back to this store anytime soon
