Arby's

I have been eating at Arby's restaurants for decades, this was the WORST experience in my lifetime. I took my two young children there yesterday to simply get two kids meals and a couple milkshakes. First issue was having to stand in line for 12 minutes without being acknowledged whatsoever. Second issue was horrible attitude from anyone behind the counter, which was minimal staff. Third issue was they did not have the mint shake they advertised... only vanilla, they did not have curly fries, I ordered differently than what I actually got as far as food for the kids, then I waited 10 more minutes on the macaroni and cheese when one worker in a hurry to leave said "we ain't got that stuff." The chicken nuggets were absolutely horrible, we could not get cups for water, they had no napkins, no forks, the tables were filthy, and the ketchup dispenser had a disgusting gob of Goo hanging out of it. I actually believe the health department needs to visit this location. Also, we were the only ones dining in, I understand why now. This location is the nearest to where I live but I will never return to this disgusting location.👎

The ice cream machine never works! So the milkshakes are never available. Of course the short staff the folks that are there are very nice doing the best they can. Management needs to fix that giant hole that's been there forever on the drive up window that people get stuck in and bounce down the whole has to be 6 in deep and probably about 5 ft wide right in front of the drive-thru window this is the one on Battlefield boulevard in Chesapeake Virginia 233 20. I usually go to Arby's at least three times a week no more

What a horrible experience. Went to the drive through today and they were extremely slow. Once we got to the window the staff were complaining to each other about how they didn’t wanna work certain shifts. The.n one staff member who was getting off shift had a cigarette in her hand as she was getting a drink for the road, although it was not lit, it still should not have been inside where food is prepared. Then as we pulled ahead we realized they forgot our auju sauce. I pulled around to try and go inside and get it, of course lobby was locked. 6 cars in the drive through so not going back around. Arrived home to find the coke and Diet Coke were flat. Horrible food and service.

I enjoyed a meal from here recently. Saw a promo on TV for their new Crispy Fish Sandwich, buy one get one free, 2 for $5 bucks, something like that, and remember thinking to myself that I haven't had any sort of filet filet sandwich in years. The next day as I was coming home for lunch I popped into the Battlefield Blvd location and picked up the deal and brought it home. I also ordered a large curly fry to go with the meal. Drive-through experience was quick and everything on the order was correct. Upon arriving home I noticed the sandwiches were larger than I expected and I put one in the fridge for later and had the other for lunch. You get a nice sized piece of fried fish on there along with cheese, shredded lettuce and whatever their tartar sauce is on a toasted sesame seed bun. I found it to be very good and so were the fries. This was a pretty good deal on price and quantity and I'll definitely do it again sometime in the future.
