Haven’t been to a Burger King in years because of the bad experiences we’ve had. Went to this one on a whim and was thoroughly impressed with the employees and efficiency of the drive-thru. We did not have to wait for our food at all and our items that were customized were correct the first time. Everything was fresh and hot; would definitely recommend and will return!

The staff was terrific. The food was not. The "original chicken sandwich" is more chicken burger than chicken. Its consistency reminded me of moist, chicke-flavored sawdust.
Some of the fries were undercooked and cold. The coke was good, but it came from another store.

I came through the drive-thru with a screaming baby, and tired kids, after a 2+ hour trip, and the lady that took my order was so patient and understanding. Thank you!

Don't normally go to fast food restaurants anymore. 2 weeks before I went to a McDonald's and the burgers had no taste just wanted to see if it was me. Well it wasn't me McDonald's burgers have just lost their taste

While Hurricane Florence catfished Chesapeake, Va, I was out trying to find breakfast for the family (Hubby, our 6 kids, 2 German Shepards and myself). I did not realize how hard it would be. Multiple breakfast spots were closed and one did not have enough to feed us. We gave this Burger King a shot (close to home, but 1st time visiting) We went through the drive thru and were told they did not have enough biscuits. Instead, they went over and beyond by putting some on croissant's. Granted, we did order 14 biscuits and hash browns, but the wait was not bad at all. Everyone working had a smile on their face and were nice. This has been our best experience at any Burger King!

I waited in line for 10 minutes, charged for 4 sandwiches and only received 3, asked for a diet coke but received a regular coke, and the food was cold. I think it's time for new employees and manager!

Ordered inside and they skipped over my order number so I waited 20 minutes for my order when they did 8 orders ahead of mine.
