Hardee's

This Hardee's has pretty good customer service I went through the drive-thru several cars ahead of me but not much of a wait food was good and hot I enjoy their fried Chicken so this Hardee's I think is better than some of the others they do have a good chili dog(update for (04-19-2022) I stopped to buy the new Ultimate sausage and egg cheese biscuit, was Okay, nothing to say it was great, I'll save my money and buy the regular biscuit!!

Locals spot. Watchout for the semis cutting through the parking lot at full-speed (shipping area down the road). Lots of parking. Don't know about the food but the restroom was OK clean. Seems like they keep parking lot clean. It's the spot for everyone meeting, parking for big moving trucks, meeting spot, ex. They are probably happy for the business. Thanks hardees.

TRASH!!! The systems were down and apparently calculating 10% was too much. Manager REFUSED to give me her name and store number AFTER calling the police. Never seen anything like it. There's something going on in that store that the manager would rather have the employees walk outside to collect money, walk back in for food and change rather than give up basic information. Information that she said she would provide after she got off her cell phone!

They don't see anyone in line. Unless you say something 3 or 4 times.... yes they forgot my apple pie when I got my food....then tried to make it out to be my fault......you could not pay me to go back there again....there's 40 plus people working with me and they all know.....I'm done with that location ,and the cashier didn't want to address me

A little bit of a wait, however, Hardee’s does always seem to take longer than normal. I attribute it to better quality and wait patiently. This time it was really long! I just wanted a small burger and some tenders. Oh well. The drive through seemed to be the priority or maybe there wasn’t enough help at 6:30pm on a Saturday? Either way, I walked inside and dealt with the consequences. I was greeted right away but had to wait to give my order, approximately 5 minutes which seems long for a fast food chain with no customers in the restaurant. Later, when it was noticed we were distressed, someone had to check if the order had been done. The cashier did apologize for the inconvenience. It’s something. While I was waiting, one employee from the back walked right by me with a trash can full of cardboard and didn’t say excuse me. It was strange. He was young though, possibly he didn’t realize it’s polite to acknowledge the other person who steps out of the way when you walk by with a wide load. Again they apologized for the the delay when they gave the order 14 minutes after I actually placed it. The burger was excellent as I expected. The chicken tenders looked great but weren’t warm. After a kind exchange for a new box of 3 that was under the heater, they were mildly warmer. I was not impressed with this lukewarm chicken either.

This place had by far the dirtiest bathroom I have ever had the misfortune of stepping into It smelled so bad I wish I would have thrown up in my mask to not have to smell the bathroom. I couldn't even wash my hands I was so afraid to touch the sink. thank God I did not eat there And only stop to use the bathroom but I was so frightened by the condition of the building that I would have never ate there to begin with. If I could give this review less than one star I would. The local health department should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this place to remain open and operating
