UPDATE* We have tried them again in the last couple of months and they have drastically improved their service and quality of food. Giving them 4stars! Great job to the team and store owner for bringing their reputation back! Well, this place is definitely going down the hill. Hope they are looking at the reviews. And highly recommend you check your order before leaving. Customer service is good when they finally talk to you, but when they see you and not serve you...is kind of!? I did take out and all they had to do was give me the food even after I told them what I was doing, but they were probably busy with something. This is the second time I have experienced this. And food...We normally get spicy potato tacos and glad they came back, but last two times have been an issue for us. We barely get any potatoes in it. The first time, the manager showed what they are supposed to give, but accommodated and gave more upon request. I had to go back to get it corrected. So my expectations were already set on low quantity. Well this time, out of the 7, 1had only one potato as you can see in the picture. It's still good in compare to the whole order I guess, but c'mon 1 potato? Can't you see that it doesn't have anything in there? And I even feel silly writing this for $1 item, but still that's pretty obvious even when you wrap it. And 4 out of 7 had very few, but definitely not worth it to fill your tummy. Hope you guys improve!

Typically I really enjoy this location. Quick and good customer service. Today was the complete opposite. The person on the intercom sounded really dry and distracted. When I pulled up, no one was at the window, which I understand if they were understaffed. The guy that was handling the order on the intercom walked up from the front of the store with NO GLOVES on and then proceeded to take my payment WHILE also serving drinks (still with no gloves on). What?!? Seriously?! On top of that he was very rude and short with me. This person needs to find a new job because obviously they don’t care about the customers. Very dissatisfied in my experience. Taco Bell management at this location needs to step it up in hiring good quality employees. Order took place on 1/3/21 at 2:30pm.

Awful my wife went inside while I waited in my truck there were 3 people in front of her waiting 15 minutes later I went inside to see what's going on the gentleman told my wife a few more minutes and your order will be ready 15 minutes later my wife finally comes out we get home and she opens the bag and says wrong order. Someone needs to come help these young people out nobody had a clue what was going on, very sad because we really like toco bell, but we vowed to never spend another penny in this establishment as long as we live. Good luck in the future.

Ordered from drive thru, when I got my large drink it was a full cup of ice that i could barely force my straw into. I spoke to the gentleman at the window and said " I am not one to complain, but may I have a drink with less ice?" He responded very rudely, "well then you should have asked back there to have light ice." I was the only vehicle in the DT at the time. I ordered a drink not a cup of ice.

Went thur the drive-through tonight March 26. at 8:58 and receive horrible service. Once I got to the window I received the wrong order and when I told the employee that the order was wrong; addressing the issue seem to be a problem. She then proceeded to correct my order but felt the need to exchange words with me on what I ordered or how it should have been ordered, instead of just correcting my order. Once I received my order it was just thrown in the bag and the paper wrappers around the Chalupa‘s were barely wrapped; lettuce and tomatoes everywhere all throughout my bag. I will be calling the manager on Monday! This food was not free, I paid for this and should get quality food and service as I deserve.
