I won't say it was a bad experience but it wasn't great either. There was a long wait despite there not being many people in the restaurant. The lobby needed to be cleaned and our sandwiches were not hot. There was a new employee there that was trying really hard but seemed like she just needed a little help.

I ordered four subs online at the Eden way store. I went and picked them up and got back and two of the subs were wrong. I called the store and informed them and their response is bring them back and they will correct them. I informed them that it was my lunch break and couldn't come back so I would like a refund and they told me to bring them back the next day!?!?!? Poor customer service if you ask a customer to go out of their way to bring wrong food back instead of refunding the messed up order. So now no lunch and out the money for it!!!

I got 2 subs for my wife and i. We get home and there is hardly any meat on our sandwiches. It seemed like they were short on meat and were trying to stretch it. We had to eat other food because we were still hungry after because of the lack of meat on our sandwiches. This is a good reason of us not going back.

I have frequented this restaurant for several years now on a weekly basis because my son loves it. Upon entering the establishment today, I stood at the register and was ignored for ten minutes by the 3 employees while there was only one other customer in the restaurant. I was finally informed that because of the number of delivery orders placed online, it would take an hour to make me one sandwich. I strongly believe that customers who visit your establishment in person should never be turned away over online third party delivery orders. It appears the owners pay attention to their reviews, so I thought they should know about the service I received.

Teribble service. Paid 16 dollars for 2 subs and one was a combo. Drink machine was down so was given bottled drink. Wasnt told till after I paid it was down. Then when my wife and i recieved our subs she got the cheesesteak and i got the pub steak. Cheese tasted frozen and both subs the steak was cold. Was very unsatisfied, threw the subs away, and left.

Great deal for catering! Got subs, chips, dessert and drinks for 15 for under 150.00 and all accessories, plates, cups and even a garbage bag for disposal were included. Made for a very easy lunch meeting for our construction crew at the jobsite trailer.

I ordered a simple tuna sub with no cheese, add cucumbers on door dash. The sandwich had so much tuna that I could’ve literally made two large tuna sandwiches with the amount. I got the sandwich fully involved with lettuce, tomatoes, Mayo, mustard (no onion). My sandwich only had tomatoes on it with an extra glob of Mayo. Who puts extra Mayo on a tuna sandwich??? It was so much Mayo! This was a door dash so the instructions were literally printed out for these people. So how did y’all mess that up?! I ordered door dash because I didn’t want to go out into the rain but guess what I had to do? Go out into the rain. Just to get the the store and no one had any idea who made the sandwich. I guess it made itself. I used to frequent this location when I was pregnant all the time but never again in my life!!!!!!! I won’t visit this location nor any other location ever. YALL ARE TRASH!!!!!
