Buffalo Wild Wings

A clean BWW with excellent service. I went when slightly busy and they still made sure I was taken care of in the bar area. Given a five stars based on other BWW experiences. Will visit again if I am on the area. Food ordered: Nachos, wings and fries. All cooked perfectly. Drinks ordered: Jack and Coke, Moscow Mule, and domestic beer. All served well and tasted good.

Terrible customer service. I was with my son and he wanted to dine outside. They said due to staff shortage they aren’t servicing outside. Although it was about 6 employees (not including the bar tender or hostess) walking around and ONE table seated. But okay cool, we can go for that. I then observe a man get his take out order and sit on the patio so I walk back in like we can just do that. A you g lady by the name of Haley says if you get take out you have to take it with you, you can’t sit here. So I’m like okay but there’s clearly someone outside eating take out right now. She’s like well I’m not sure about that. I didn’t want to waste my time going back and forth about seating because at this point the real issue is customer service. Won’t be returning to this location. *in this picture you can clearly see the man sitting on the patio enjoying his meal as he or any customer should be able to.”

Bar food is the appetizer section I guess ordered what had a bit of everything unfortunately took a bit to realize bar food and drinks came from the bar (which was crowded) so our actual entree arrived before our appetizer aka bar food luckily we had an amazing server and saw on our table what was going on fixed it quick 💖 she even took over bringing our drinks because it was like we were forgotten Entering the establishment was confusing several people standing around nobody at what look like the host/greeter podium so we asked the people standing around if they were waiting to be seated turns out they were waiting for pickup so when the cashier was not busy we asked and after going to the Hostess podium he sat is i was hoping for a booth ( more privacy) but unfortunately their booths are not made for people that do not love this kind of food my date got a chair to sit on the front of the table because he was very uncomfortable our wonderful waitress offered to move the benches etc(not stationary apparently) but we declined good thing too someone got seated in the booth behind us

Customer service was indeed top notch. The kitchen tend to not pay attention on some orders. We ordered the ultimate nachos and asked that to be served first then the chicken wings second. However, the chicken wings came first. After we were halfway through the chicken wings, the nachos arrived and the presentation was sloppy and seemed like it was sitting on their counter for a while before we got it. We requested for the order to be replaced since it was soggy and plate presentation was sloppily done. They did replace it and believe me, that came quicker than the first one and presentation was a whole lot better and pleasing. Whoever did the first one didn't really know what they were doing. We went there to enjoy our weekend late dinner after a Christmas drive around town. Isn't the server's fault but it was the kitchen staff fault for careless preparation and sloppy presentation. Server and manager agreed with us with the nachos order. Probably give them another chance when we're in the vicinity to redeem themselves. If it happens again, then my write-up will definitely be longer and sad.

We come here for the Superbowl and they told us they weren't taking any orders because they were back up with online orders. They were turning people away at the door. Then we asked to speak to the manager and he agreed to let us stay but told us it will be awhile before we could get anything to eat. Emanuel the manager did apologize and when we ordered our drinks they were out of most of the drinks on the list of the menu. Our waitress was wonderful and she did a outstanding job. Her name is Shy!!!
