We had a wonderful experience there on Wednesday night. I always have great service at this location from not only the waiters but also the front staff (and a lady I believe her name is Lorretta?). Food tasted amazing and we always get the blooming onion. It's our favorite. My daughter made a mess but they came quickly to clean it up when they saw us trying to clean it up ourselves (I always feel bad about her making such a mess). My steak was just how I liked it and the soup was great as well. My husband and my mother finished their plates too. My drink was a strawberry mojito and it was NOT lacking in alcohol at all. We were so full! Thank you to this Outback location. Wonderful time as always. We will be back.

Stay Away from this place. My first time there with my wife and I regret it. Customer service is the worst I ever seen; worst than McDonals. Food is trash. Definitely wish I had stayed home and eat. Won’t get me ever again. Serve me a damn steak with no folks and knife then after waited 10 minutes a lady came and start giving me attitude.

When you go to a restaurant you are ultimately there for the food, but the customer service is what overall makes the experience worthwhile. It was a pleasure, for my family and I, dining at the Outback today. James exuded all that you expect/want your sever to be. I have been to many restaurants along the east coast and he is the epitome of excellent customer service. It is evident why he was chosen to train others. He was prompt, he was pleasant, he was humorous. I am hoping that during our next visit James is our server or we have the opportunity of being served by someone like him.

We haven’t been here in quite sometime and were thrilled with the experience! Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Our waitress, Love was AMAZING! She was the perfect mix of attentive and not hovering. It was clear that it was a busy night for them but it did not impact our service at all! Thanks for a great evening!

Completely understand under staffing, but this was not that, I believe the wait staff might have been new.
1. Food was cooked wrong, asked for med rare, got rare... my side salad was DRENCHED with dressing. Maybe we just need to put in side.
2. Wait staff was not managed well! Our waitress had us by kitchen/ backdoor & tables all over the floor up front! This will cause you to lose your staff!
Use a more structured floor plan and stick to it! Give them a little more structure, you'll see the difference!
3... Good note! Bathroom and front area was clean! Staff was smiling on floor!

First, we ordered delivery thru a 3rd party and were compensated 10.00 on a 69.00 bill. We agreed instead of pursuing it further. So that is that, however...
Salads were poorly chopped iceberg. It was delivery so they were warm from being on top of steaks. No croutons and dressing containers were packed inside on top of lettuce.
18 oz bone in Rib eye was about 3/4 inch thick. It weighed less than 12 oz. Not mid rare as requested. How could it be anything but over cooked?
16 oz bone in Strip was correct size. It was also chewy and underseasoned. Oh well.
I don't expect a dine in meal from delivery. It's a challenge to transport food without some loss of quality. However when food is sub par to begin with it only gets worse.

Outback is a chain restaurant and this location has been open for a long time. This was not my best experience here. The food was good and the service was almost OK. There were about 5 groups in the whole restaurant. My drink went empty which is fine for a busy server but I didn't like it today. Our steaks didn't look the quality that I expect from Outback but we're seasoned and cooked well. Weird thing was my 15 Oz ribeye came out on a plate that was just a little bigger than an appetizer plate. This location is usually way better than it was today.

I want to recognize two Outback Steakhouse #4759 team members for transforming an anticipated steakhouse dining experience into a very memorable one. Amanda, a vibrant member of the wait staff, and Devon, the evening's manager, made us feel as if we were guests in their own homes. What makes it even more remarkable is the fact this was a very busy Saturday night, yet we were treated as if we were their only guests.
Amanda was attentive without being intrusive. She dazzled us with her hustle and cheerfulness --- made all the more impressive because we observed this was how she treated all of the guests at her tables.
Devon first caught our attention when he paused to inquire how nearby guests were enjoying their dining experience. Shortly thereafter, he appeared with a condiment for a neighboring table and to check on any other requests. Then, as he appeared to do for every table in the restaurant, he paused to ask how we were enjoying our evening. Not surprising, like Amanda, he returned to our area repeatedly to ensure every diner was cared for. As we prepared to leave both Amanda and Devon took the time to invite us to return in the near future. I can write without exaggeration the only times I have experienced this warmth, concern, attention to detail, and hospitality are when our hosts were the actual owners of the restaurant. We will return to the Outback Steakhouse near Chesapeake Square Mall, if for no other reasons than Amanda and Devon.
