Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered the Regular Philly ( Philly cheese steak) and it was $11.35 for a small a** sandwich! It was also cold ! And I ordered a large chocolate chip cookie and 2 brownies and they sent me 3 brownies and the cookie was more expensive than the brownies! Will never order from this place again! And it was through Uber eats!

I ordered the #1 w Turkey instead of Ham but everything else including pork bacon w is ham/pork. I did bit receive my bacon. A woman who was very demanding of my order when I was still fighting out my order. Behind who I the one before me. Dark skinned with glasses. Took order but still didn't get it right. Working from home, I decided to order from Grubhub today. It was an absolute disaster as they delivered to the wrong address. I received a refund promptly and replaced the order. The Team over at Jersey Mike's called me to make sure it wasn't an error as they've just made this exact order. I explained what took place. They apologize for another companies error and even asked if I had any special request for the driver. Awesome Service!! Thank you Jersey Mike's for hiring people who pay attention to details!!

The girls there are adorable and didn't know how to tell me mz gift card was invalid or inactive and kept trying to run it through. But it was the young pretty girl with braces and contagious smile that had me downright smitten. The sandwich she whipped up was delicious and she was confident and kind at the register. Pretty sure my tattoos are cooler and my hair is equally as stunning....my mom always said it shines radiantly from the meager amount of inner beauty within my retched soul. But she said my kissing always made up for that. But she was delightful and made my day. They all did, if that is ofany worth or indication of the feel they've created in there.

The last 3 times I ordered from there, the orders were completely wrong (I should have learned after the first and second times).. the orders consisted of incorrect ingredients and missing sandwiches. Reported it to the manager and went back to get a sandwich that was left out of my order, got home and discovered that it was made completely wrong. Spoke with the manager again, she apologized and said she would send a few coupons for having so many issues, however I never received them (it's been well over a month). Tried to call the store to talk to that manager and got hung up on as soon as I asked for her. Upon calling back and asking why I got hung up on, the person was very rude saying "actually I didn't hang up on you, our phones are messed up". I asked to speak to the manager and she said she's not there. I asked if she'll be in tomorrow, she simply said no. I asked when she'll be back, and she said maybe Thursday after lunch. Terrible customer service, and I wouldn't count on getting the correct order from this location.
