Have to admit, this BK experience was great. Had the new mushroom melt combo meal with cheesey tots side order. Wife had Whopper Jr with bacon. All fresh and tasty. Was very surprised and pleased. No photos, too busy eating. Thanks.

The staff was friendly, the place was clean and smelled good, our food was exactly what I expected when I order from a Burger King. I'm not expecting three Michelin star dining to give a place five stars. People need to stop being so picky.

One of the biggest and cleanest Burger Kings I’ve been to. Restrooms are poorly designed (at least the men’s) but clean. They even had Halloween decorations up.

Fast, friendly service. The food was good. My Royal Perks number, would not work correctly. So the manager adjusted it so that I could redeem for my treat! And what was so sweet was, she was the one taking my order and I did not ask for help she just gave it!

food was good for burger King. they were very busy at around 1:30pm on a monday they took about 20 minutes to get my food to me. it was ready but they wouldn't bag it. there's a really annoying high pitched noise in the dining room. but every time besides today I've gone has been good. it depends on the time. if you want lunch go just before 12

Very nice girl in the drive through. Very fresh food & coffee. Sausage patty for my dog too. Lovely location just outside the Smoky Mountain National Park.
