Taco Bell

So. It gets two stars, because, I still like taco bell. But. Gotta say. Cheraw taco bell is doing things wrong. The chalupa shells were stale, they frequently skimp on ingredients, compared to other locations. Something is going on with the chips, many of mine were so hard that you couldn't really chew them. And they basically gave me a half order of chips and cheese. I went in to ask if that was the standard, and the answer I got was. " I mean, they're a dollar".. to which I said, so us this the standard. And she said "it comes like that. " Soo? Half the order? She did offer to give me more. But I was irritated because I KNOW that's NOT the standard, and they are skimping for some reason. Not cool.

It is now 11:57 and i still have received my food Togo! If i could leave zero stars i would. A woman walked in 10 minutes after me and was told to go through the drive through, it would quicker. She is now leaving the window with her food. I’m in ems and on duty, thank god we haven’t gotten a call I’d have leave without food. This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell!

last 2 orders I was missing an item that I paid for. quality of my food was very poor. all the sour cream was on one end of all my tacos. food was inedible due to being cold, poorly made, and the fact that all my tacos were made with only the hearts of the lettuce which made the tacos taste bitter and nasty

Whatever manager on mornings is disgusting. We were missing our nachos and when we received them they were soft and taste like chemicals. The manager refused to taste them and goes that’s why I gave you two. I said taste them refused again. She gave me fresh ones so my question is what we’re the old ones from. DISGUSTING!!!!

Most of the time the order is never correct, they ask if you would like sauce and never put it in the bag. Running out of ingredients like lettuce, and there is a super wal mart right behind this store in the same parking lot and the manager can’t get some shredded lettuce from there. This place cuts corners when filling up your meal. And what’s up with the napkins, you either get one or none. Just biding my time to see this new Taco Bell close for poor service and quality to the consumer
