They charged an elderly gentleman for hot water to top up his tea. What if a mum needs to make formula? Don't take amex but happy to charge you the earth for an average coffee. Sugar is hidden behind the counter for some reason.

Staff members are rude, unhelpful and arrogant. Removed items charging within the cafe whilst queuing for second purchase. We’re rude and made excuses. No management to report to, falls on deaf ears

A great friendly team. Always greet me with a smile. I enjoy a latte which is just the right strength for me. I sometimes have something to eat and find it ok. Price is a little dear but that is expected as it's a franchise in a hospital. So don't believe all the bad reviews.
