Rancho Grande

Food is good and our server was extremely polite and apologetic for our wait. However, the owner/manager needs to get this kid some help. We visited on a Friday night and they had one guy being hostess, server, and bartender. It was ridiculous but hard to get mad at him as he was doing the best he could. Management needs to figure it out. Won't be going back which is disappointing since the food was good but the wait was the worst I ever experienced. I was over halfway done with my dinner before my margarita even arrived. Get your staff some help, ridiculous. Felt awful for the poor kid.

Ambiance and Mexican decor are great, makes you happy just walking in the door! We were there very late so we were the only ones left in the restaurant. They bend over backwards to get you any and everything you'd like. After dinner they brought us yummy little Mexican desserts, and offered us a free shot of Patron, as it seems is their custom! This would be a great place for large parties, they have so much room and are so accommodating!

Can’t understand why the place was so empty. It’s the end of April, beautiful weather. Nice atmosphere, very colorful decor. Food was fine, I’m not a fan of Mexican food but my wife loves it. Very family friendly, polite staff. We have a lot of kids, gave us all some ice cream treats for free. I’d go there again.

Horrible horrible food everything looked gross and tasted the same, canned enchilada sauce on everything. Also the chicken was under cooked or Raw. One adult in the whole restaurant the rest were children youngest one 8 oldest maybe 15. No prices on the receipt! Children looking up the prices from the menu and typing it on a calculator to give us a receipt that we waited for her for 45 minutes didn't eat any of the food the bill was $300 worst experience ever in Chelan nobody should ever go to this restaurant.
